I did not like any of the items I…

I did not like any of the items I ordered...So sad to say...I wanted long, but not halfway up my back & too thick for privacy. The sticky stuff on Olana is not "sticky" enough in the heat of Arizona!!! The Olana pads are way too wide for me-it is like wearing a diaper!!

I tried to return unopened product

I tried to return unopened product. I was sent a return label that Fedx could not read. I paid $17 for returning package with a new label.
Issue was resolved to my satisfaction

Freedom comes in the right package

So far, so good. They have a good way to select a product that may be most helpful to you. I have had so many "failures" I was wondering why I keep trying all of the companies, but from their selection process I seem to have found what I need to work for me. A big relief to go out and feel safe etc. They have a great customer service and respond to questions asap. Packaging is excellent. It looks like I have found a winner and that makes me very happy.

I was looking for something to help with nighttime issues while attempting to avoid big box office type sellers. I came across the product I ordered mainly due to cost, and yet have felt confident in the choice I made and do intend to purchase from your company in the future.
