Joanne in the Warrington store was amazing she explained everything very well and put are minds at so much ease. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Gary was also a great help with stock and delivery options. Over all a fantastic experience and I will definitely be using the sofa superstore in Warrington again.

Great value, staff extremely helpful and not pushy, the quality of the suite we bought is first class as was the delivery.

Waited over 4 weeks for a bed to be delivered. Chased it up, was told discontinued. Store wouldn't/ couldn't authorise a refund. Manager Gary extremely unhelpful. Avoid.

Have previously bought a sofa from here ( Warrington Riverside) and dealt with Brandon the sales advisor He explained everything to us very well, and we felt it was a great service . So it made sense to buy our new sofa from the same shop and again to deal with Brandon. He's very good at his job explaining sizing and fabrics. He's not at all pushy and makes everything easy to understand. A credit to the store.
