Great discount on ex-display sofa. I would have liked updates on when it was due to be delivered. Left hanging for a long time then turned up with 30 minutes notice. Luckily I was in and the sofa is lovely.

Their delivery men also carried my chair to my flat on the third floor which I felt bad about but they were incredibly friendly. I knocked off a star as I had to reach out to them to find out if the chair was dispatched and ready for delivery, though once I did they delivered the chair 48h later. I would be very glad to order from them again!

Good product, poor service
Messaged about the measurements and the wrong measurements were given. Wanted to see an image of the chair I was buying rather than a stock image but was told this could not be done. Was not informed of delivery prior to seven missed calls while I was at work because they could not find my location. Happy with the quality of the chair just not the service.
