I found what I was looking for — a comfortable, stylish sleeper to fit a small space — on Sofabed.com after looking many other places and not finding it. The price was acceptable. Delivery was not too far out and flexible enough to fit our travel schedule. Assembly was included. All around great experience.

This was my first time ordering furniture online. It was easy . I also called customer service, to ask for a discount for disabled Veteran. They were very gracious. Gave me free shipping, and white glove service. Also gave me 400.00 off the price. Wow! Because of that I ordered two recliners too.

I bought a Luonto sofabed with a fabric protection warranty. The fabric stained. I filed a warranty claim. They came to clean it and it did not clean. This has been going on for about a year and there is no resolution. It's still stained. They keep telling me to wait because they are looking into it. RIPOFF!!!

Our Sectional Sofa is sensational. All our friends now think our Living Room is magazine worthy. The seating height of 19” is so much more comfortable than typical sectionals which are so low it is difficult to get out of.

Easy ordering, professional delivery. About 4-week lead time to delivery. The process couldn't be easier.

Communication was minimal - receipts looked bit strange (no real information). Delivery was faster than expected but white glove it was not!!!! I wanted this sofa bed in a bedroom. The door is standard in size but sofa was too big. Door had to removed by my husband. Door frame damaged. You might say that’s not the delivery guys fault but they didn’t seem to have a clue what to do without my husband’s help. The sofa feet go on after it’s in the room. One foot had no screw insert (that equals no quality assurance) so we had to run around and find our own screw. By the way this is a Ashley brand sofa. I thought I was getting something better. Slick advertising.

The delivery was extremely quick. Initially the sofa was going to be delivered within 3-5 weeks , but it took only 1.5 weeks. The delivery guys were very nice and quick.

I had been looking for a sofabed and when I decided onthe model I started comparing prices on line. James at sofa bed.com texted me after I had put the item on my cart to offer a Black Friday discount. I called him back and we easily completed the transaction on the phone. The sofa was delivered on time and all packing materials taken away.

My wife and I try to abide to the ethos of “buy nice or buy twice”, but we also are often looking for a Goldilocks type of purchase because we don’t have endless buckets of money. After researching sofa beds we’d all but given up on our search for a quality piece that didn’t completely break the bank that fit all of our many needs. Since this is a review about sofabed.com, I won’t get into how great the product we ended up with is, but I trust that sofabeds only carry quality products based on what I saw on their website. But here’s how we became a customer. On Black Friday weekend, only 3 weeks until guests arrived for xmas, we decided to take one last ditch effort to look for the perfect sofa before we just resorted to making do with the cheapest option available a blowup queen air mattress for 2 of our 6 arriving guests. Well, we found exactly what we were looking for at a local small furniture retailer. We would’ve loved to give them our business but they only keep two beds from that manufacturer in stock at a time and the one we liked would’ve been a stretch budget wise and if we wanted to order a different model or color they said it would be 5 months to get something to our door. I looked at other authorized retailers online and a few I spoke and texted thought there was no way they could get us the sofa in such a short time frame.
Enter sofabed.com to the rescue. They had almost every model in every size each in 2 quick ship colors in stock and it was considerably less expensive to the door than other online retailers and at the end of the day we saved about $1250 from what our local retailer would’ve charged for a nicer model we just couldn’t justify the added cost for. So after striking out with other retailers on delivery timeframe we asked if sofabed thought they could get it to us in 3 weeks with fingers crossed. They said it shouldn’t be a problem so I purchased with a bit of hesitation, thinking how could everyone else not make this happen, but they seemed so confident it wouldn’t be an issue. The team at sofabed was very communicative and let us know when it was shipped and what to expect and recommended and helped us upgrade to white glove delivery.
For anyone reading, they really can do what seems like the impossible for everyone else. From time of order to hitting the local distribution center it was under 2 weeks and we conveniently scheduled delivery for what worked for us. The 2 delivery guys had it from truck to the room of our choice, unpackaged, attached legs, removed packaging, within 5 minutes of arriving. So happy we paid the extra cost for white glove delivery. Couldn’t be happier.

I bought the Luonto Monika Queen Sleeper Sofa while on sale. Delivery was on time and quick, received in a little over two weeks. Available option for knockdown services at additional charge was super convenient and made the delivery a smooth seamless process. I loved that the price quoted had no hidden charges. Highly recommend and love the sturdiness and firmness of the sofabed, with just the right amount of give. I tested it at another store before buying with sofabed.com and was not disappointed.
