Ordered a small sofabed from here that I originally had found locally for several hundred dollars more.. Delivery was quick and professional. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered well ahead of the time I needed it- Company held delivery until our move-in date. Came assembled, which I highly recommend. Delivery guys were nice and on-time. Chair is comfy, stylish and practical.

We purchased the Monika sleeper sofa and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The couch is well made and a great functional pull out design.

We emailed with sofabed.com with some questions and had a great online experience.

The delivery was delayed the first time but when we did receive it the guys were great and did a wonderful white glove service.

Highly recommend both the website and the monika sofa.

The delivery was well organized and the workers were polite and skilled at setting up the bed.
At first I was scheduled for 12-4pm window. However the driver called at 9am saying he would be there in 5 minutes. Since I was 2 hours away-
i missed this delivery.

However, dispatch promptly scheduled another window which was two days later. The delivery was scheduled for 9am-1pm and the driver called me at 7:44am and told me he’d be there at 11am and I told him to buzz my buzzer when he arrived.

Then at 8am my buzzer rang and the couch was delivered swiftly and put
In place as promised . But only after the driver asked me if I wanted them to “remove the plastic package”. I said yes and then they promptly set up the piece in place.

Great service- even if a bit early.
But in life when do you ever get things early?:-)

Sofabed.com offered a good price. Several delays without notice. I had to continue to ask about delays. Tried to make a change and was asked to wait. Next thing it was delivered on short notice. No information about a change. Sofa seems to be quality as was delivery. Sofa was for my daughter so have not seen.

Good customer service and really helpful staff. They made the whole process easy.

It came earlier than expected. Delivery was smooth. Well built sofa that will make my studio a functional bedroom when needed.

It was very easy to order my dream couch. They answered any questions I had and customer service was super quick to respond if I had any questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice new couch.

Really love this couch, it's stylish and we got the King Size for a really LUXE experience with the pull out bed. Tried it out at a different local stores and sofabed.com had the best price and delivery timing than even my local stores. We had some issues getting our couch into our condo in the first delivery attempt because the hallway that our entryway is in is not very tall and is pretty narrow. I contacted sofabed.com customer service and James helped us through the whole process at re-attempting delivery and getting the delivery team to take the couch apart and reassemble it in order to get it in. We're happy customers! Would definitely buy a future couch here and recommend to my friends!

Seamless ordering; pleasantly surprised that sofa arrived a week earlier than expected. Delivery was within the time frame I was given. Set up was fast, they were in and out in 20 minutes, even took all packaging materials with them. Comfortable couch just right for my studio. The price was almost $800 less than other storefront retailers carrying Luonto brand. Would definitely use them again.

We were looking for leather sofa sleeper and found sofabed site on google. Since it was e-commerce store only I was little skeptical initially. Speaking to Vic helped address all my concerns. We ended up ordering Luonto West sleeper in white and every seen it has arrived we are not able to take our eyes off it. With chrome legs and remote operation, it has all we wished for. I have any aging mother and was in desperate need to get a compact sofa bed without compromising quality and comfort and in reasonable delivery time. All other furniture places had sofa beds that were extremely bulky, and heavy without the quality mattress, but more important could not deliver for a minimum of to eight to ten weeks.
In comes James like a guardian angel and without a fuss was able to help me choose the Ethos sofa bed perfect for my needs to accommodate my sick mom within 10 days.
The sofa bed is beautiful, compact, with a high quality and extremely comfortable mattress. It's also not too high so it's easy for my mom to get on and off.

knowledgeable and efficient and solved every concern of mine. More important he made the delivery happen as quickly as possible in less than 10 days, unheard of in these post covid times. Thanks to him my mom had a peaceful and beautiful nights sleep. I can now focus on other issues of care for my mom.
