Sock affairs has been five years in the making. In 2018, two guys left their cushy corporate jobs to follow a big idea: make fun socks for grown ups. Your order: SA22535 was shipped on May 19 2025. Orders with standard shipping to Germany can take up to 10 business days to arrive with no tracking number as stated in our FAQs.
Would you please confirm if you have received any delivery attempts from your local post office like a notice on your mailbox?
Your parcel may also be awaiting collection at a local depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery. If not, just reply to the email we sent you, so we can send you a new parcel immediately.
In meantime, if we can help you with anything else, just let us know.

Lamentamos saber que não teve uma excelente experiência com os nossos artigos. Vendemos mais de 500.000 meias desde o nosso lançamento e tivemos pouquíssimos problemas, um que detectamos é que se as meias forem secas na máquina de secar, ficam muito mais frágeis e encolhem consideravelmente devido às fibras que as tornam mais elásticas e confortáveis, por isso não o recomendamos nas nossas instruções de lavagem.
Insistimos para que experimente um par de substituição e veja se a qualidade melhora. Se não ficar satisfeito com o par, procederemos a um reembolso e, se não quiser o par de substituição, procederemos ao reembolso dos pares defeituosos.
Apenas nos informe acerca de como pretende proceder, para que a possamos ajudar da melhor forma.

Processo de entrega suave. Qualidade das meias muito acima da média. Ótima compra!

Die Socken wurden erst gar nicht los geschickt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es,die Ware ist auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen, obwohl nie eine Sendebestätigung kam. Bei der zweiten Sendung kam nur die Hälfte. Jetzt warte ich seit einer Woche das sich mal jemand darum kümmert,aber es antwortet kaum mal jemand😡😡 Ganz schlechter Service
