Big delivery problems !
This was the third time I placed an order. The first one went ok and the socks were delivered.
For the second order I got a confirmation that the socks were shipped, but after 1 week they were not yet delivered. So I called out and I was asked to be patient because shipment could take up to 10 days. After 2 weeks, the socks arrived.
The third order : I got a confirmation of shipment on 10th July but two weeks later still no socks. So I reached out again and was again asked to be patient and wait until 6th august. That day still no delivery so I reached out again and asked for a refund. These socks were meant to be a birthday present for a friend and this party was long passed due. The refund was confirmed immediately but not yet executed. The reason for this refund was a lack of stock of the ordered socks....
So if I would not have reached out and asked about my order, this would probably have passed, I would have paid for an order that I would never receive... Not so correct I would say...
Needless to say that there won't be a forth order, sorry.

Sometimes, unfortunately, delays or issues can happen during shipping on the part of the carrier.
While this is outside of our control, we completely understand how frustrating it can be, especially since it was intended as a birthday present.
As we've mentioned in our previous emails, we are always happy to offer a replacement or a refund in such cases.
Since you opted for a refund, we have already processed it, and you should receive it within 3 to 5 business days.
We truly hope we’ll have the chance to make it up to you in the future.

Your order: SA22811 was shipped on June 18, 2025.
Orders on standard shipping to Australia can take up to 15 business days to arrive, as stated in our FAQs, usually, it's about a week, but due to the ongoing overload, all carriers are experiencing delays, so most of our customers are receiving their orders later than usual.
We understand the waiting process is sometimes frustrating, but unfortunately, shipping companies don't always keep their timings, which is out of our control.
We also offer other shipping services in our checkout, so when in a deadline, we recommend upgrading to UPS to ensure a timely arrival.
We thank you for your patience in this matter, and please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further assistance.

Fun and Quality too!
I have ordered socks from Sockaffairs on more than one occasion. I seek out fun holiday gifts and also treat myself. They have such a vast selection, and I found socks from the PetrolHead collection that matches my love of my FIAT.
Good quality - Sizes - Everything from Art to Classic music groups and a whole lot of fun in between. Good website and shipping is timely.
