Service doesn't work
Service doesn't work. It's a scam. Nothing happened for days even though I was on the premium plan. Had to cancel eventually.

Dear Mel, we understand your frustration, but you have only tried 3 days of our free 10-day trial. Even over that time, we managed to gain you, 12 new followers. Also, we have explained that at first, everything will go slowly, we have to warm up before proceeding to perform more actions. It is a pity that you have tried the free trial only for 3 days (you have never paid us), got what was promised and don't wish to explain your decision. Had a great experience

On the premium package free trial all…
On the premium package free trial all they did was follow a bunch of people I would never follow and liked stupid stories of women only. Not even one follower. I had to unfollow all the junk as none of the followers were inspired. I had to cancel the PREMIUM package. I gave my feedback to them and they their response was: So please next time know what you need. Good luck.
Today I got this response. Again poor customer experience. This isn’t how to deal with customers. Bullying:

You are really leaving us a bad review after trying a few days of the trial? What kind of a shi@@ty person you are? You do understand that this affects our business, a lot of people live who are working here?
But sure, people like you don't care and have a very sad life, right? Because only this gives you joy.

Our manager Dom isn't onboarding new clients, he only works with the current ones (older than 5 months). In the past week or month, we didn't have any setbacks with our clients like this and that leads us to believe that the reviewer is either referring to another service or is a competitor of ours.
Can recommend them 100%
From my experience, socialstud.io are a trustworthy and highly responsive team. They're willing to find the best strategy possible to fit personal needs. I was using their services for roughly 5 weeks now and am very confident to also use them in future.

fantastic experience!
I have had an excellent experience so far with Social Stud.io. I have gained almost 1000 real followers, and my account manager is ALWAYS polite and willing to go the extra mile to do things the way I’m comfortable with, while still be clear of the outcome.
