Very disappointing experience – unfortunately I cannot recommend this service

I signed up for SocialStud.io because I wanted to save time and have potential clients properly targeted, followed and engaged with on my behalf. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.

The targeting did not match my expectations at all. A large number of the accounts being followed were business accounts, even though I specifically wanted to reach potential clients. I also noticed what appeared to be fake or very low-quality accounts among the accounts being followed.

The service also seemed to consist mainly of simply following accounts. I did not see the engagement I expected, such as liking posts, which I understood to be part of the service. It felt more like random accounts were being followed rather than there being a meaningful interaction or targeted strategy behind it.

I repeatedly explained that I did not want my following count to become excessive because I want my business profile to remain professional. I originally followed around 30 accounts, but through the service this increased to around 1,100.

I contacted them early enough and specifically asked for the accounts to be unfollowed again. I was told that accounts would be unfollowed after around 3 days, but my following count continued to increase. I then waited over a week for a response while the problem continued.

What I find particularly disappointing is what happened after I cancelled. I was simply told that their access to my profile had been disconnected and that they were no longer working on my account. This left me with around 1,100 accounts being followed, despite the fact that I had repeatedly asked them to unfollow the accounts.

I actually considered continuing the service for another month, but after this experience I decided against it.

I paid for a service that was supposed to make things easier for me. Instead, I ended up having to deal with an account that was being managed in a way I had explicitly said I did not want.

Unfortunately, this was not the professional and targeted service I expected.

I’ve had a really positive experience using SocialStud.io so far. What stood out the most was how smooth and transparent the whole process was from the beginning. The support team answered my questions quickly, and the growth strategy felt authentic and tailored to my account. I saw better engagement and more interaction from real users, which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s refreshing to find a service that actually delivers what it promises. Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing their social media presence naturally.

This has increase my followers in an easy way. It's not 100 per month, but it's a steady growth, and better than others I've tried.

Basically all they do is following a lot of people from some specific account you have previously indicated and consequently you will get some new followers... (real ones, organic growth, only good point).
After 1 month i got less than 100 new followers (considering my profile grows normally by 20-30 followers by itself). Very disappointing (they promise much more).
They don't seem to like posts or view stories as promised, so they do not create much interaction...very bad point.
They don't work during the weekend.
Overall nothing special, nothing worth the price and a very poor experience.

I am happy to write my experience with Rob, he has been more than professional this entire experience. I have used services like this before and none of them have compared, they have an expertise with social media marketing and will answer all your questions.

Rob from Social Stud.io is a great worker. The big difference with him & others (ive tried a lot over last 4 mths trying to find a company that doesnt deal with fake accounts), is that your emails are personal, that you are not just a number, there's no regurgitating a script- he closely reads all

He also sends out really helpful emails to all with tips helping one to understand the (sometimes dodgy) world of SM management a lot better, he knows his stuff & is genuine.

Rob uses no fake accounts like so many of the others (viral race, foost etc) & follows an organic follow unfollow process- the only way to get ppl to take your account seriously, especially brands.

A good way to get instagram followers for a low budget would definitely recommend to anyone I know 👍.

I was looking for a company that could grow my instagram account organically and not just giving fake followers or bots which would drop back to zero after.
