The football kits are good but don't get personalisation done on the kit as this comes off the kit after very little wear so is disappointing and expensive. I did email soccorlord to let them know but have never had a response. The kit does take about a month to get to you so order well in advance

Absolutely a bad joke! Their shipping policy says (copy-paste from the web-site): Shipping takes around 5 / 6 days to arrive from dispatch
This may vary slightly in very busy periods (Christmas)
We use Royal Mail tracked services for uk only

I passed the order 20/11 (34 days before Christmas) and on 01/12 it wasn't shipped.
On 27 or 28/11 I asked about the status of the order since I had no news. They told me that it will be shipped in 24 hours (should have been sent on 28-29/11). On 29/11 I contacted customer service again to provide me proof of the expedition. No proof was received until 30/11 when they sent me and email with a tracking number (China - found it on China post web-site) that was nowhere to be found (UK or EU transporters) and no tracking link to follow up the order.
They also sent me a photo that had another tracking number (French transporter). After talking again with a customer representative, he lied again saying that it was shipped. I checked the second tracking number on the transporter website and the status was: in preparation at the expeditor.
I sent an email asking for the order to be cancelled and contacted again a customer representative about the order and he again told me that the order was shipped.
A very bad joke, a very very bad joke with these guys!
Anyway, after I told them to stop lying and refund me, they finally did it (status on their web-site) and now I am waiting for the refund.
P.S.: After passing the order on 20/11 and complaining that it was not shipped after 8 or 9 days, the company representative told me that it will arrive in time for Christmas (from order to reception 34 days). He was not really helping his case, but great!!

This is scammer. I bought a kit and zero communication. It has been a month now. It is what it is I guess.

Still waiting for a kit that was ordered a month ago, paid extra for personalisation and it still hasn’t arrived. From what I’ve read - they aren’t genuine kits - could be wrong but I paid £60 so would be disappointed if not. I would order elsewhere, we’ve been lied to constantly since this was ordered - no truth at all and I doubt it will arrive. I’m opening a case with my bank to have the money returned.

They have already drawn the money but no confirmation about it bring sent… which is illegal

Ordered item over a month ago, no confirmation email about order and website still showing item as 'processing'. Social media links on website are dead and so is the email address provided. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Item not as descripted and not as ordered.
Very long delivery times, not as descripted as on website.
Quick answers from emails, but they don't give you honest information.
Definitely don't use this website.
Still waiting to get my money back.
