No response to return request
Bought a shirt which didn’t fit messaged them about a return within a couple of days so within their return policy. They asked what was wrong so replied immediately absolutely no further response from them with instructions on how to return despite chasing them. Don’t go anywhere near them

Steer clear of this company - bought a kit on 10th May with 2-3 days delivery - see bad reviews and when it had not arrived after 10 days emailed and got no reply advised I was taking further. On 29th May it arrived.- very poor quality and not to size. I returned on 29th May the date it arrived by special tracked delivery and Royal Mail have a pic it was delivered back to them. To date I am still awaiting a refund 7 weeks later, emails are not answered. So today I have to go via credit card I paid on to get a refund.
I think it is a SCAM company and only as Facebook removed them following my info to them. One of their good reviews is from a high profile Barcelona player it’s all FAKE

Terrible company
Terrible company! I have sent 3 emails regarding a refund for my shirt (bought an XL but is probably a size Medium) and have yet to receive a reply. Poor customer service. Avoid at all costs! Don’t usually leave reviews but doing this as last resort in trying to get a refund.

Ordered a shirt for son’s birthday. I did get nervous after seeing it was stuck at the courier 10 days after placing the order so I chased it through CK customer services and I received the shirt 48 hours later and in good time so thank you Classic Kits for your intervention and support.
The delay may have been genuine, I will never know. Just had previous bad experiences with Evri, had it not been for that I’d have given 5 stars

Quick delivery and quality shirt
I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but I took the chance and I'm glad I did. Shirt was exactly what I ordered with the premier league patch and the name and number on the back. Delivery was quicker than expected too.

UPDATE: Great customer service
I have been waiting over a month for a delivery. Have reached out twice sending a copy of my receipt and have yet to hear anything back. The shirt was a gift for a birthday that has been and gone. I'm disappointed.
UPDATE: the customer service team have responded and have done some digging to provide tracking info. I can't fault them. Somehow an email address that I never use was linked to my order. Not Classic Kit FC's error but mine. Unfortunately the delivery went to my old address several weeks ago.
