Impeccable I got a lot of freebies aswell never stopped getting emailed regularly to make sure I was satisfied etc honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with any online shop (Kopan you’re the goat )

Absolute scam. Ordered 4 boxes (240 cans each) for my website. 3 of the 4 boxes ended up being returned to the UK. Never saw that money back, 1800€. Kopan and Snushaven don't answear phone calls, texts, emails, nothing, they simlpy don't give a shit. This happened in January 2026, its 30/7 2026 and never saw my money back.

I never got my package. And was wondering how to get a refund?

I never wrote these. But I have sent 3 emails to your support and directly to CEO about never receiving an order and no one has replied. Check your damn customer service inbox.

Good customer service he really cares about the customers never order on a Friday because it way longer order midweek but good delivery service and a very good wide choices of snus

If you live in the US, I would DEFINITELY NOT order from this company. I don't know about other countries, but after reading into this company further, I found that they got into some trouble with US customs when shipping packages over. For starters, they do not reply to customer service emails; I sent out 4 emails that never got responded to, and have never heard from them since sending. The delivery of my package was going smoothly, though they took a long time to send it off with Royal Mail, and the handoff process to USPS seemed to be going well; however, after getting to America and getting past customs, the package went silent. Tracking got all screwed up between both the provided Shop App tracking option and Royal Mail tracking. I later found out that it went from being in transit to my house to going all the way to New York, the opposite side of the country from where I live, and then all the way back to the UK. After this, Royal Mail and the Shop App claimed they were delivered; however, one pointed out that it was delivered in the US and the other somewhere in the UK, with me never receiving the package at my doorstep. The whole process seems sketchy. USPS wrote it off as lost mail, but how would it have gone from being in the US to suddenly going back to the UK without anyone ever telling me there was anything wrong with my parcel? DO NOT order from this place if in the US. They do not respond and won't help with any lost or returned packages. 0/5 stars.

I’ve made multiple orders from this company and have always been great. The other day i made an order and some items did not arrive due to them being out of stock, i got in touch and responded the same day and sent out more tubs with a couple freebies to compensate troubles. Highly suggest buying from here

ordered on the 4th of this month 2-4 day shipping and it still has not arrived. have attempted to get in contact with their support team who are still yet to reply almost a month after my order. have been great in the past with quick delivery but unfortunately cannot take the chance wasting more money with them

I placed an order for 1 pablo blue raspberry silver edition which said it would come with 3 other mystery tubs of snus due to their new promotion, and when the order arrived i received 3 tubs not 4. The pablo i ordered and 2 tubs of zeus, not 3. I complained on the same day as i thought they had good response times, but they took 2 days to respond. They said they would give me compensation due to the problem and havent responded since. The product itself is very nice and works well. It's a shame delivery and customer service left me to review this bad.

Love the company, been buying from snushaven for about a month now and it’s a game changer. I recently got into higher mil snus and being able to order them in bulk is really helpful. Overall love the company and the quality of product they have, can’t wait to order again soon as my stock is running low.
