Scam company. I ordered one bathing suit and they sent a completely different suit and it took a month to arrive. The suit is cheap and looks stupid.

Poor communication, tracking number that shows delivered, but no delivery was obtained. NO response to numerous emails requesting full refund. The shipping company was not united states shipper, so now I am questioning if actually shipped or not. They took my money, I want product or refund

Do Not Order from this company or Sntchx, placed 2 separate orders, tracking wasnt accurate I use the "shop" to track all my orders nothing ever updated, then after I report this, one order the one placed on June 3rd said it was left w resident, A flat out lie, as I had Surgery on that date an no one was at my home cameras only showed us leaving, This company is a fraud, ive contacted my credit card company to report fraud aswell. Save your time, effort, & money vs giving it to this company from over seas (CHINA) They WILL take your MONEY and give you NOTHING in return, contacting the merchant is IMPOSSIBLE, the phone number didn't connect, email was ignored or invalid. Customer service does not exist &/or is bogus. I reported it to my credit card as fraud, if you've ordered try canceling if that dont work contact your credit card, most banks ie debit cards wont protect you like a fraudulent co via your credit card will. I should've read more reviews the ad seemed to good to be true, IT WAS! THEIR A FRAUD!

Very very poor and rude company.
NOTE: no one should order from this company. I order shapewear on the 21th of June and today is 14th of July, try to email them the email refused to go through. I don’t know why this stupid company think they will rob people’s money without any remorse. Vry shame on this company. The most annoying thing for me is that it was my vry last penny on my card because I wanted this shape wear for one of my dress to wear to special occasions. I’m vry piss.

Tracking number I was given is showing delivered. There is no picture of the house and no legitimate phone number to the shipping company. I contacted customer service and just got a response that my order was fulfilled purchased 6/14 and will officially notify Shopify once a month has passed. Used affirm and will also dispute on the 14th when it allows. Reading the other reviews I am 100 percent sure I was ripped off. Shame on Shopify and the shop app for allowing Sntchx as a vendor. 7/15 - I found the company behind all of these scammer websites - it is bohocloting inc (the way it’s registered is mispelled) other sites in addition to Sntchx and Sntchd they own are tiktrove, aluckgoodoff, aluckgoodlive, snitch, xylvok and more. This company is registered in Wyoming and I will be reporting them to the attorney general as well. 7/31 I have still not received anything. The xs tracking number was removed from 17track. This company is a SCAM - I reverse searched my order images and all pictures are stolen from SHEIN.

Places my order in April and still have not received my package. I have emailed support 4 times with no response. Terrible experience.

Never got my order. got a tracking # and that's it! No tracking information. I have to wait 30 to 60 days for my refund!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed my order April 27, still haven’t received my package. After reading you guys story, I believe we been scammed. Report this to your financial institution and get new debit cards.
Update: I did receive my package about a month or so later. The company this uses for delivery is not accurate with updates after about two or three weeks of purchasing. I will upgrade their stars from 1 to 2 5 due to the product is good.

I sent my money for an order and received tape instead of what I ordered can’t get anyone to respond and can’t get my money back this site is a scam never order anything from them

Ordered on April 26 still haven’t received Sntchx , called no working number , track number no product in delivery, yep con fake product and company don’t purchase from the companies out there especially on social media could be A. i marketing:(

Ordered april 3rd, asked why it hadn't shipped on the 12th. The claimed it did but it didnt actually ship til the 16th. Finally on the 30th I got notice it was returned to sender because they messed up my address. They are refusing to refund me and even tried to claim it was delivered when the tracking shows it is returned to them.

I ordered a bra April 7th and have been tracking it. It says it was delivered...........NEVER GOT IT. Tried to contact them and GOT NO WHERE............ They didn't even offer a refund or anything. Will NEVER order from here again and am telling everyone I know NEVER to order from this company

Wow I wish I wouldn’t read the reviews before ordering, I ordered in February I have reach out to customer care and they haven’t responded

***edit**** they sent me 2 bandanas. I paid close to $50 and they sent me bandanas. Sent them a photo of the tracking number on the package to prove it. No response.

I ordered the Faja shapewear 5 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I spoke with customer service on Messenger (they only responded there and not by email) and was told it may be delayed and that they would work with me to solve the issue. I've emailed and messenger them countless time since then with zero response! I just want a refund, please!! I was really looking forward to my shapewear, I wont be buying anything from a FB ad ever again.

Ordered some shapewear over a month ago, still haven’t received them yet! Tracking is saying delivered which they wasn’t, the emails keep telling me enroute. I’ve asked for a refund several times , I’m not understanding why this company think it’s ok to HIGH JACK MY MONEY

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They subscribe you to a “vip membership “ and you CANT cancel. I haven’t received one item from them. They keep sending a “we are busy” email regarding your order for months. I been trying for 3 months, had to change my cc. TRUST ME DONT BUY HERE!!

I have reported these to
Action fraud.
Trading standards.
Also report their few positive reviews as fake to trustpilot.

I suggest others do the same, shut this scam down!!!!!

Not even worth a single but I had choose it as it won’t let me comment without it…so my question is - how no one did actually try to stop them ? Knowing that they cost people loosing a lot of monies ? How can we report them ?as I’m pretty sure everyone here same as me have undeniable proofs screenshots and messages
They have say that your order has been placed and then trying to send you screenshots to prove that you actually have ordered something

1000% a scam. I so far have lost $141 and haven't received a single item. I ordered a supposed cardigan in May and it is now almost August. The then charged me $63 stating I signed up for a VIP purchase when I did not. I asked them to cancel the cardigan and refund me and they just keep sending automated messages saying they cant refund me and they will not confirm any kind of cancellation. I cancelled in June only to be charged again in July. THIS IS A SCAM I have had such a headache and my bank is trying to dispute.

Like everyone else below has said, they add the Sntchd VIP membership to your order without your knowledge. You only find this out in the order confirmation email after the fact. Then one month later, you’ll be charged $50 recurring every month. Thankfully my bank declined the charge as suspicious. But now my card is cancelled and I have to get a new one! Oh and the clothes ship from China so don’t expect to get it for a month!
