They made sure a suitable loan car was available as requested.
I really appreciated the little video the engineer took of the areas he was checking.

Purchasing a brand new vehicle from Snows was a pleasure as the staff, particularly Zuzanna, were helpful, pleasant and informative and not pushy. It was made very personal and I was provided a guide around my vehicle both on taking receipt of it and by video a short while later, as i was in need of a reminder. The price was good in comparison to other Toyota dealers and i am pleased with my purchase.

I was expecting to have to jump through all kinds of hoops, but nothing, I knew exactly what car I was looking at already, as I tried a 2 wheel drive version at another dealer who I later found to be asking around £2k more than it's valuation I got after doing a car check.
So, after they said they couldn't knock that much off, I started looking again and found they had a 4 wheel drive version of what I tried, it was more than I wanted to pay, but surprisingly I found that juggling my numbers putting a bigger deposit down, it was actually affordable, so sat down, and maybe 30 minutes later I bought a car, completely no pressure at any time, so much so I didn't know I bought it until I asked when he started getting paperwork together lol, totally relaxed experience, perfect.
