Trying to return curtains for a refund, I was given an address in China. ROBBERY

About 4 months ago. I ordered 2 replacement curtains. They shipped the wrong size. I have written 4 times to get them replaced. And received no response. I was a previous customer. I liked the curtains that had worn out. Very bad customer service. I am stuck with curtains that are 10 inches too short.

Ordered one thing and they shipped the wrong item. Twice! I thought the first order was a mistake so i tried again. NOPE same mistake. Twice! Now they will not return my emails asking for an RMA, I'm out over 500 dollars. HORRIBLE Company not to mention they took weeks to arrive.. ANGRY

I spent $340 on outdoor curtains and they faded immediately. I got some replacements but, they are fading as well. I'm SOL. Order white and save yourself the disappointment.

I bought these curtiains in Feb 2021 and put them up in my outdoor shower in August. And while the fabric is strong and good shape, the grommets cannot not handle the florida climate sun heat salty air and rain.

The grommets are all rusted and have bled into the fabric. These are not for the outdoors. If it rains in your climate you will have the same issue. These are not meant for the outdoor elements at all. They probably wouldnt even perform well indoors either with the cheap metal they use in grommets. About 6 months of use for $80. Now thats a rip off!!!!

I purchased curtains in March of 2021. We put them up in May. They were faded by August. Would have never ordered from them again. Then today just got an email that seems fake and go to a separate search for them, the webpage is no longer shoppable. WARNING for all consumers. The product was bad in my opinion and now it seems as though something fraudulent is going on.

Something weird is going on with the company. I'm afraid I've been duked!! I have purchased in the past and thought to repurchase additional items. Unfortunately, they have taken my money and product. The website is no longer up and my tracking number is fake. SCAM ALERT!!!

Placed order in August. Said it would ship in 3-6 days, still not here 09.28.2021, they keep saying next week, next week order coming from China, Covid delays. I requested a cancel and full refund, now no more replies from snowcity (BunnY) or anyone

FAKE FRAUD SCAM !!! Don’t buy from them

After purchasing 12 panels of the outdoor waterproof curtains they faded beyond use after just 1 season. Too pricey to purchase for use for just 1 season.

False Advertising - Shipping Charges

I have purchased from Snow City, twice in the past year. I have no issue with my previous purchases, however, I was in the process of crating a new order and got to the promo codes etc. I noticed my subtotal was over the "minimum required" for "Free Shipping" My order was $95.96, and free shipping was advertised for anything over $80.00. When I proceeded t make my payment, all of a sudden I am shocked to see my total is now $194.96, which includes $99.00 USD for Shipping. ! I sent an email to Customer Service and got the response back that they HAVE to charge shipping! Even though their website clearly states "✈️ Free Shipping over $80"

I refuse to pay $99.00 USD for shipping when I have always had my orders shipped for free in the past and have always spent more than necessary to meet the free shipping requirement. Shame On You.

Worth the money!!!

Purchased curtains with magnetic tiebacks and the pillow cases. I just loved it. The best thing is that you have varieties of colour options. The sizes are customizable. The shipping is fast. The quality is amazing. Worth the money.

Ordered just two curtains almost a month ago and when I inquired about the status of the order they replied with “your order has already shipped” and gave a FedEx tracking number - which was just a label that was created. Shows as never even getting to FedEx. You can tell most of the recent reviews on here are fake by the poor grammar. I’m trying to get my money back. Not very hopeful!

This is my first and foremost experience of buying from Snow city and I am quite comfortable with the order processing and delivery mechanism of the company. I purchased pillow cases and I was able to get the order within 3 days of placement of order. As and when I got parcel I was able to find that one item was not there and for that I immediately approached them and my issue got attention and resolved in early time. These pillow cases are very comfortable, unique and as per my expectations and I have made plans for further buying and recommend that brand to others.

I placed order of outdoor black out and water resistant curtains and I remained able to get these curtains as per specified time. I was comfortable with delivery mode and dispatch mechanism that company mentioned during my conversation and dealing with it. These curtains proved of excellent quality as these are water resistant, durable and able to adjust towards weathering conditions. I was able to utilize these in April and now its August end and still these are quite good and impressive. In terms of shipment I didn’t feel any complexity at all. I am giving positive review in impartial manner as I am habitual of doing online shopping and mostly show trust on genuine and reliable reviews. I am very fond of these outdoor curtains and now with changing weather I have already moved for placing of order in terms of outdoor sheer panels that I shall get in coming 2 days. I am fine with customer service and product quality at all and strongly suggest others. Really Amazing…

I shall always prefer to move to Snow Shop as its management focuses its promises and practically proves these. I am very much comfortable and pleased in terms of buying of outdoor curtains from that brand. I was not specific and clear in terms of my third order and approached their customer support for exchange with other one. Indeed they proved quite cooperative and apart from that I got offer to keep wrong order with me that I placed through mistake. I was impressed with dispatch and delivery mechanism since within 2 days of my complaint order moved to my premises. Likewise for product quality indeed they are unique since I have experience of doing online purchasing from last five years. In terms of customer service, product quality, strong communication and other aspects I am quite comfortable with Snow Shop and shall strongly recommend these to others.

Marvelous water proof outdoor curtains that I have bought from Snow City. I was able to buy three pairs that could enable me to control wind driven snow and rain in outer yard of my house. All of these proved quite good and worked as per my expectations. Even I was not able to find any single slang and order delivery and shipment mechanism proved quite good and smooth. I am comfortable with mode of dealing and customer complaint handling system since as and when I asked to their complaint assistant he was there to assist me as per my expectations. I shall go for placing of further orders and strongly recommend these towards others and my relatives.

I want to credit appreciation to Snow City
I am very impressed with the quality of curtains that I have purchased from Snow city as these are durable, unique, attractive and high quality. Prices for these are market competitive and I am comfortable with it as per my range. I was able to buy waterproof top and bottom garment and remained able to utilize these as per my needs in porch area of my house. Shipment cost appeared as quite reasonable and I was able to get the delivery on time.
My customer assistant Mr. John was quite cooperative and trust worthy person and I was able to get response to my emails and queries in a prompt and professional manner. Apart from these I had reservations in terms of quality of certain curtains as their color faded in the sun and this happened since I bought these as in dark color. As a whole I am just happy with my overall experience and strongly recommend these curtains to others.

I was shipped the wrong item. I ordered a double grommeted curtain (grommet's top and bottom) but only received grommet's on the top. Working with customer service to resolve, but I am not hopeful. Will update if resolved.

Update: No resolution offered - no return accepted.

Florida resident. Purchased outdoor curtains for the pool cage area. Over the course of 12 months, purchased 7 of the brown 100" x 84". Curtains faded to light brown within a few months. I could live with that.
Within 6 months curtains began shedding a powdery substance. In other words the curtains began to disintegrate. They are now literally tearing apart in multiple areas when I slide them across the outdoor curtain rod. Product advertised as appropriate for outdoor use. What isn't mentioned is "product will need to be replaced annually or sooner" due to mother nature and inferior material used in the production of the curtain.
Waste of money!
