Used these guys to source a few pairs of trainers and can hands down say their customer service is second to none. The punctuality of which I received my items was amazing. 10/10 would definitely use again.

Fantastic service all round, sourced me a pair of deadstock yeezys and they arrived the next day! Highly recommend!

Fast responses attending to customers questions needs and wants, to fair prices that meet their trusted service and quality / condition of products, to fast delivery in exceptional branded packaging and most importantly the reputation they have built through their authenticity of their products. I would highly recommend shopping with SV as they continue to excel their place in the market.

DM’d them a personal request which they were able to source for me super fast. Customer service was 10/10 provided friendly communication throughout. Later used their online platform and met with the same efficient approach to delivery of my items. Highly recommend.

10/10 customer service and items they can find for you. My son wanted trainers couldn’t find anywhere and contacted SV sourced them straight away and got them in time for his birthday. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Ordered numerous items from these guys scaling to upwards of £1.6k and every single time prices are always completely fair and even beating the current market, AND they're amazing with customer service, so anytime you want to purchase anything designer such as clothing or shoes, hit them up and i can personally guarantee it will be worth your time :)

Customer service was impeccable, lovely people to speak to, sourced my shoes for me so quickly and delivered the next day 5* service without a doubt. Only people I now get my shoes off!

The team had made sure that my package was delivered securely and with no damages. From the moment we exchanged first texts until the moment I opened the package, they were there to check up on my order. Despite technical issues, the team went above and beyond to ensure that the process went smoothly and I had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend Sneaker Velocity!

10/10 absolute 5* service. If I could give the team a higher star rating I would. The process was easy and quick, from messaging them directly on Instagram regarding the balenciaga trainers I wanted, to payment, to receiving them hand delivered and perfectly wrapped and packaged to my front door within a few days, not to mention the trainers they sourced were around £80 cheaper than the retail price. I could not recommend Sneaker Velocity enough and will continue to buy my designer trainers from them. Also looking forward to see what other pieces they can source for me. Great team, and top level service and products!!
