Sneakervelocity Recenzje

The website was easy to navigate and had a wide choice of trainers to choose from. Delivery was quick (only 3 days after I ordered) and very pleased with the trainers, my fiancé loved them!
Will be using this company again in the future.

Shoes arrived on time, costumer service skill were very quick and efficient. A nice thank you note for buying a product aswell

Great service. They kept communication at all times throughout the process and once trainers were shipped they came the next day.

Had no issues and if I contacted them about the order I always got a quick and helpful response.

I had been searching for a particular Jordan 1 mid for weeks and then came across this site.
I placed the order, and within 4 days received them.
I have to say I am very impressed. Really happy with the service and will definitely be purchasing again. Thanks guys, I have one happy daughter!

Ordered trainers and they came within days.

Ace 👏
Fast delivery and exchange
Brilliant customer service
My best designer site by far
Recommend . Top service

Had ordered a pair of Jordan 4 Oreo’s and upon arrival I could see there was a slight manufacturing issue with the shoe. I emailed Sneaker Velocity and they were very helpful and explained what might have happened. Even though it was no fault of their own, they sent out a replacement pair rapidly as I was needing them for a certain day. The shoes have arrived 2 days earlier than needed and they fully refunded the delivery cost I paid to make sure they were here with plenty time. Great customer service and great shoes.

Customer service is non-existent, I’ve emailed them 3 times in the last couple months and no response at all. I paid for a pair of shoes and have heard nothing back from then regarding, extremely disappointing as I would have given a 5*

UPDATE
Was contacted by Sneaker velocity, who very genuine and apologetic and explained what the cause was. Problem was resolved instantly and swiftly with feedback taken on board. Brilliant customer service shown throughout phone call, therefore a 5 star rating
