J’ai commandé un article sur ce site et j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait aucun suivi de livraisons sur mon compte .
Après plusieurs mail leur demandant où en était ma commande je reçois aujourd’hui un mail m’informant que le produit n’est pas en stock et que j’avais été remboursé alors que NON ! AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT N’ A ÉTÉ FAIT SUR MON COMPTE !!
j’ai choisi de faire confiance à ce site malgré les nombreux avis négatifs et je le regrette !
J’espère que ie remboursement sera fait rapidement .

Aujourd'hui j'ai été à la réception de ma 1er commande chez sneakers studio.
Vous trouverai en pièces jointe une copie de la facture.
À la réception du colis j'ai de suite constaté que l'emballage Lacoste aussi bien cartonnée que plastique du tee shirt Lacoste n'était pas neuf.
Je suis un habitué de la marque au crocodile, tout ce que l'on peut habituellement trouvé lorsque l'on acheté un produit Lacoste neuf n'étais pas présent ici.
Le produit en question n'était pas neuf neuf dans son emballage jamais ouvert.
Tee-shirt tout froissé jeté plié maladroitement dans le sachet plastique lacoste, absence de film cartonné type papier Kraft,.....
Ce produit est un retour client ou un produit défectueux.
J'en suis persuadé.
En effet, pour commencer l'étiquette cartonnée de la marque Lacoste, (celle ou se trouve la Taille,etc..) accrochée habituellement au col est ici accrochée nouée comme un lacet.
Normalement ce fil très fin est normalement un gage car ce fil est unique et inviolable.
Il ne peut s'ouvrir qu'une seule fois.
Il garantit le Caractère "neuf d'usine jamais utilisé jamais servi".
Il était la arrachée et grossièrement nouée pour floué volontairement le client.

Deuxième suprise, j'essaie malgré tout le tee-shirt et je constate un trou sur le torse.

Tout nouveau client sur votre site, de telles pratiques malhonnêtes pas sérieuses douteuses sont à mêmes de briser le nouveau Partenariat que nous venons tout juste d'entamer.
De telles pratiques, honnêtement je n'ai jamais vu ça !!
En conclusion je voudrais l'expédition immédiate d'un nouveau tee shirt Lacoste TH -2038- 240 rouge et neuf dans son emballage d'usine cette fois ci !!
Le cas échéant je me verrais obliger d'engager des poursuites.
Je me tiens également à votre disposition pour m'envoyer l'étiquette retour du 1er colis afin de vous le renvoyer jusqu'au sein de vos locaux.

Ich persönlich hatte überhaupt keine Probleme mit Sneakerstudio. Seit Monaten suche ich den Adidas Ultraboost web dna in komplett weiß, Sneakerstudio hat genau diesen Schuh in meiner Größe.
Gleicher Preis, angegebene Lieferzeit 9 Tage.
Dienstag Abends bestellt, Donnerstag morgens steht der Schuh vor meiner Haustür. Doppelt verpackt, überhaupt keinen Schaden an dem Originalkarton. Schuh original, ich bin überglücklich endlich meinen Lieblingsschuh gefunden zu haben. Über Rücksendungen kann ich leider nichts sagen, aber sofern ihr euch sicher seid, dass der Schuh passt, kann ich Sneakerstudio empfehlen

Auf die hinterlegte Emailanschrift bei Rekalmationen antwortet einfach niemand.
Einer der bestellten Schuhe (eigentlich weiß, Rechnungsnummer 1277257) ist offensichtlich an einer Sohle total gelblich vergilbt. Meine Bilder habe ich mehrfach versendet und den Mangel markiert. Keine Reaktion. Eine Telefonnummer ist auch nicht hinterlegt.
Anscheinend wartet man hier ab, bis die Rücknahmefrist abgelaufen ist.
Absolut nur mit Vorsicht zu genießen!!!

Item came from Poland and arrived at my home in the UK three days later.
Overall 5/5, great website with great deals. Will order again sometime.

First of all, I want to start by saying that this website does seem suspicious with all the sales and some incredible prices. However, I ordered 2 items on 2 different occasions, one which was 228lei ( ~50€) and another which was 1780 lei (~360€) and both orders came incredible fast, like in 2-3 days from the order. There are some aesthetic damages on the boxes, but the content was perfect. I can guarantee you that this products are autenthic so… Happy shopping to y’all!!

I ordered these around 1am monday morning when I was browsing the Internet and couldn’t sleep. They just arrived today, Wednesday and I am blown away with the speed they came. I bought one pair, so didn’t have to pay import duties and they sent me a voucher for 25% off my next pair. So all the trouble I had deciding between pink and Lilac wasn’t needed as I can now but the other pair with a discount :) I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Also,ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte mir ein paar FipFlop in zwei verschiedenen Größen zur Auswahl bestellt, die Lieferung war super schnell, die Retoure, ging wie in der Widerrufsbedingen erwähnt, an eine Adresse in Deutschland. Niemand hat mich aufgefordert mein Paket nach Polen zu senden. Das ich die Kosten meiner Rücksendung selber trage ist keine Problem, es wird ja vorher in den Bedingungen angekündigt. Nur 3 Tage nach Retoureneingang, hatte ich ein Gutschrift bei Paypal. Bei anderen Shops wartet man inzwischen bis zu 4 Wochen.
Ich bin also sehr zufrieden, sollte ich wieder mal einen Artikel in diesem Shop finden, werde ich auch wieder bestellen.

I was a bit sceptic when I have ordered from the site, as some of the reviews were not that great.Order arrived in 2 working days and I didn’t need to pay any aditional delivery costs. I live in London and as far as I have read, the orders come from Poland. Very happy with the purchase!!
