This company is a scam I place led two separate orders and have yet to receive my items I did receive an email response back but still haven’t received my items the 7-12 business days is a lie I’m having my bank put a stop payment on this purchase I thought I was support a small black business this is terrible to scam people like this

If I could've put no star I would have but it wouldn't let me put anything without at least clicking on a star. I placed an order on 1/5/2025 and haven't received anything nor did I receive any correspondence concerning my order . I heard from them only when I contacted them by email after almost 3 weeks later with NOTHING sent NOR any correspondence concerning my order. Will NOT I repeat WILL NOT order NEVER again from this company!!!!

I thought I was ordering from a small black owned company. To my surprise this is a scam. This is a chinese company with a bs return policy. They want you to return the item to china, which is far more costly than shipping anywhere in the united states.... And only a ten dollar refund, if I chose to keep the item and give it away. I am so disappointed. All I can say is do not order from the site. If I could give this no stars, I would. Don't be fooled!

Ordering from these companies in China, don't go well most of the time.

I ordered a black sweater #375959. The quality is poor, It came with a lot of Red lint threads in it. You have 30 days to make a return. But, you must send an email. For a few days for some reason the system wouldnt let me send a message to their email address. You just couldn't send a message. They 1st told me, when I requested a return:
We can resend you a bigger one and you don't need to return it back due to shipping fee is very expensive. And you just need to pay 18.99USD fee for a bigger one. Why would I want 2 of these, I don't want the one I Got?
Since I wouldn't accept that offer, this is what I received: You need to return the parcel to our Chinese factory please.

It cost $35 to return is item that was $56.00 They give you 30 days to make returns, but don't tell you that you have to pay the total cost of the return shipping. There isn't a return address in the US

I ordered a denim jacket from this company and was told I would receive it on December 20th, never got it, then they said that it will arrive the following week it iss now January 13th, I have requested for my refund and still nothing, I know that 50 something dollars is not much, but it is my money, I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Horrible customer service. I made $100 purchase. Notified the company immediately that I wanted to return the items and they advised me I would need to pay for the items to be shipped to “their factory in China” or I could accept $18 refund. The quality of the clothing was very poor. Buyer Beware.

I haven’t even received my product and they get one star. It’s been 13 days and it hasn’t even shipped. Ridiculous!

Amazingly, my card was charged the day the order was placed.

Don't shop here, they will send you the wrong size, and to get an exchange/ refund they want you to pay shipping and handling to China when the tacky product didn't even come from China - and it is THEIR mistake!!!

Absolutely terrible quality clothing! DO NOT BUY! They also encourage you to commit fraud when attempting to send items back for a refund by asking you to falsely claim the cloth's value at under $10 so they avoid customs.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. DO NOT PURCHASE‼️ All lies, cheap clothing, lying models, and NO REFUND. PURE SCAM ARTIST. THIS company will not last.

This is cheap rubbish clothing. I was tricked. Followed a link from a reputable site to what I thought was a Sydney based clothing store. Items arrived about 7 weeks later. Al rubbish and unwearable. $180 worth. Not returning as I can’t be bothered dealing with them. Do not use!

I ordered a pair of coin pants. I requested XL size 16. When received these pants I was truly disappointed. These pants are for a kid!! I couldn’t get these pants passed my thighs. I paid $34 for something that is obviously for a child not an adult woman!! I will NEVER order anything from this website and will advise others the same!! Clothes are a total ripoff!!

Total rip off. Do not buy from this company. Return must be sent to China and you have to pay shipping or they offer you $18 on $ 70 merchandise. I brought a hat and scarf. The hat was very poor quality and smashed up. Please do not waste your hard earned money

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Buyer beware. This company will not ship out your items after you order them. I placed an order on 10/24/24. I’ve sent several emails requesting the status of my shipment. I have yet to receive a reply. A label has been created in Edison, NJ since 10/27/24 and still no movement. This company is ripping people off and taking their hard earned money. If you do decide to take a leap of faith and order from them do so through PayPal. Therefore, it will be easier to get your money back. You have been warned. Order at your own risk.

I ordered a beaded black jacket in a 4X. I went up a size to make sure it fit. Based on the measurements, it should have fit with some extra room in it. The jacket was too small. It felt like a Large instead of a 4X. I contacted the company, in China, for a return label. They told me that they would give me a $10.00 gift card to keep it. I told them no, because I paid $80.00 plus and it was on sale. They finally got the gift card up to $30.00. I told them that was unacceptable. They told me that I could send it back to them and when they received it they would give me a full refund. The return would be at my expense to China. I told them this was unacceptable. I have received no more communication from them. The jacket did not look like what I saw on the model. It looked cheap. DO NOT purchase anything from this company unless you do not want it to fit you and you do not want to have your money refunded. I will NEVER order from them again. My rating for them is in the negative stars.

Scam-
I ordered a dress which looked nothing like the social media video. No label or tag on the item. Cheap material. When I contacted their customer service I was told I would have to pay the shipping costs. This company is in China. they said they would refund me when they received the returned product. They said I could just give it to a friend and they would issue a $10.00 refund.
