I couldn't find a pair of jeans that fit me and returned my 1st pair. the owner immediately shipped out something to me after speaking to me via chat for almost twenty minutes. she promised that if I did not like it I'd get a refund. we'll not only did I appreciate that but I loved them. and I loved the detail and attention she gave me. she sincerely cares about everyone and is misunderstood. she takes care of each detail for each person.. If I could give a negative star
If I could give a negative star, this company would get it. Truckstopfactoring had big issues. I have been with them for over 5 years and they just get getting worse. Then they made a switch to Demim. What a total disaster. Ive been waiting over a week on o e payment. For support, you have 30 + minutes of hold time and an hour or more is not uncommon. Then you get nothing but foreign speakers as that you can't understand and have exactly no abilities to help with issues. It's a stand bull rap script they tell you about funding. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they switched. I am now running as fast as I can to get away from them. A total garbage scam and company.
This review wants a date for my experience. I gave one, but it's been for over 5 years. With the last year just completely a nightmare.

Terrible customer service now, and I’m still waiting weeks later for money that the broker has already payed to Denim. They won’t take your calls, and you have to wait days for an email response back just for them to say that the load never existed. Don’t trust them, they hold your money and act like the load never existed.

after over 40 days I finally got my release letter. due to their delaying tactics one of my clients sent my payment to them. i have been emailing them with ZERO responses. this is the worst factoring company ever, truckstop used to be a good factoring company for the first 2 years i had them then they switched to denim and they couldn't get me paid in less than 3 days with some invoices taking over a week! if you are considering factoring i would recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY. they will NEVER return a phone call even if they "promise" that a supervisor will call you. it takes 1-5 DAYS to get a response to an email. bottom line-WORST EVER

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent partnership between Truckstop and Denim, as our experience with Denim’s factoring services has been entirely unacceptable.
Since this transition, we have encountered consistently poor customer service and significant payment delays. In several instances, it has taken weeks to receive funds for factored loads. Most concerning, however, is Denim’s mishandling of broker payments. We have faced attempted chargebacks for loads already paid for by brokers, even after we & brokers provided clear proof of payment from the brokers to Denim.
These administrative failures and unprofessional business practices are causing significant disruptions to our operations. We are already in the process of moving to a new factoring company we are just waiting for denim to send the General LOR that way we can be free from these scams they will be held accountable for there dirty business.
2026 SCAM
They charge for same day deposits but don't work on weekends, so I get charged for a same day deposit that I don't get for 2 or 3 days.
Total scam.

Truckstop used Denim now and it’s a complete disaster. Denim continues to keep making mistakes that cost the carrier more money it’s a mess and no one returns your calls. We are definitely looking for a new factoring company we cannot keep paying for the cost for Denim and Truckstop mistakes. Denim is a horrible customer service and experience. More and more problems and never any solutions just sit there n the phone for hours waiting for Truckstop to find out what mistake Denim made . Worst customer service we have experienced.

Extremely disappointing experience with Denim. Payments are repeatedly delayed for 2–3 weeks, and in some cases are not paid at all. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails can take weeks to get a response—if they respond at all. Never work with Denim.

They rob you for your money. They charge for express same day payments and then they don't send money until the next day and they charge you for "express" payment.

Speaking from the Broker side of things since Truckstop switched to Denim it has been a nightmare. They screw up what they send us, do not reply to emails, emails us invoices that have nothing to do with us, invoice us without any POD and routinely send us the same invoice NUMEROUS times after duplicating rate verifications for the same loads to the point we cannot respond to them all in a timely manner. Since they are screwing up the revenue side of their operations so much it is no wonder carriers have a hard time getting funded.
Denim Platform Does Not Deliver
The Denim platform has not performed as advertised and has been financially devastating to my company. I am currently waiting more than 10 days for payment on delivered loads. Additionally, the average wait time when calling Denim/TruckStop is no less than one hour and forty-five minutes, which is unacceptable for a business-critical service.
Beginning December 10, I experienced an ongoing issue that required me to remain on hold for over 22 hours across an entire week. This occurred even before the transition to Denim, which actually took place on December 15. This particular load should have been paid by TruckStop and I should never have been required to wait for Denim in the first place.
As a direct result of delayed payments, I have incurred over $600 in insufficient funds and late fees because loads were not paid within the promised timeframe. Denim representatives, Kitty and Maria, assured me that payments would be pushed through; however, 14 days later, payments were still not issued.
I am completely disappointed in this system, 100% dissatisfied with the customer service provided, and have lost all trust in the Denim/TruckStop platform. The promises that were advertised are no longer being fulfilled, and customer service has clearly ceased to be a priority. I am a small company, and I cannot operate with a factoring company that I cannot depend on for timely payments and reliable customer service. After being with TruckStop for six years, I have switched to another factoring firm.
The only reason Denim has a 1 star rating from me is because a negative number was not an option.

Truckstop.com has switches to Denim platform and it has been the worst, submitted paperwork over a week and no funding. We’ve been emailing and calling 3 days straight no answer, just a “wait it will get resolved.” It’s been over a week! I can see multiple carriers deciding to go with other factoring companies. Truckstop has always been good this switch might be a step backwards. Still waiting by the way…

Truckstop.com has merged with Denim and I can say the worst experience. 3 days of trying yo get in contact with someone from factoring. Submitted loads over a week and no payment has been funded. No real answer. I had one agent tell me not to submit anymore until they get their “stuff together”. Truckstop.com has failed with this merge. Still waiting on a payment by the way.
Denim is not a good factor
Denim is not a good factor, as we have been with them for 6+ years, and we had an issue with an invoice that was uploaded. Denim told us payment would go out that day, but because they failed to get it out, and we raised questions about the issue, Denim's solution was to ask us to leave Denim's Platform and give us 30 days to do so, instead of resolving the issue. I would not trust or use this company for my business, as your business is not their priority; it is Truckstop and Denim they care about. That is it.
