I understand companies need to make money but it’s so disgusting that they don’t give a crap about their customers enough to at least have a warning before purchase stating that they are in fact NOT FULLY INTERNATIONAL. I will never buy from such a dishonest company again. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to have your power bank confiscated during your trip.
To clarify — the PowerPack Universal 2 meets international airline carry-on regulations and holds internationally recognised safety certifications. However, Chinese authorities have been enforcing additional local CCC certification requirements more strictly, including for transit passengers, which has resulted in non-CCC certified power banks being confiscated regardless of their international compliance.
CCC certification is something we're actively pursuing. It's a lengthy process, and periodic requirement changes mean recertification is needed each time, which adds to the complexity. In the meantime, we'd recommend leaving your PowerPack at home when travelling to mainland China, and we've previously published guidance on this in our help centre and FAQs on the product pages.

Powerpack does not hold its on charge well
PowerPack Universal 2 I bought this to travel overseas with, but when I gave it a test run at home with my iphone the powerpack itself dropped from 100% to 75% within 5 minutes of usage. The powerpack does not hold power very well. I am really disappointed as it is a pricy item.

"Travel" charger not approved for flights.
"Travel" charger is not approved for carry-on despite the product page claiming that it is. I had the charger taken off me by airport security and binned when travelling. Reached out to Snapwireless support to tell them their mistake and I just got a nice 15% discount off my next charger. Website not updated and still claims approved for carry-on.

The PowerPack Nano keyring chargers are definitely underrated for quick top-ups while out and about without needing to carry a larger power bank around all day.

Bought Australian to support a local…Regret it
Bought Australian to support a local brand. Regret it.
Two products purchased — both failed well within what any reasonable person would expect from a premium charger:
•Universal Charging Kit: stopped working after just 18 months. On top of that, the design itself was frustrating for travel — carrying multiple attachments separately is clunky, and if you forgot the piece you needed, the whole kit was useless. Honestly, you're better off with a proper travel adapter that has all the necessary sockets built directly into the device rather than relying on a collection of loose attachments.
The attachment system sounds clever in theory; in practice it's a liability.
•PowerPack Universal Pro: overheated after 12 months and melted the USB cables — a safety concern, not just an inconvenience
Was I unlucky to have 2 failed products?
When I contacted customer support hoping for a fair resolution, I was offered a small discount to repurchase the same products, which I felt was insulting. For the price point SnapWireless charges, that response simply isn't good enough.
For comparison, I have an Anker portable charger I've been using for over 3 years without a single issue. And it was cheaper than the SnapWireless charger. That's the standard premium-priced charging products should be held to.
I genuinely wanted to back a local Aussie brand — and I still do — but quality and customer care have to match the price tag. Sadly, neither did here.

At the time of your original conversation with our team, the product was outside of our then 12-month warranty policy. Since then, we’ve expanded our warranty coverage to 24 months across a large portion of our range as part of our continued efforts to improve customer support and long-term ownership experience.
We also appreciate the honest feedback regarding the attachment system and understand that travel preferences can vary from person to person depending on how they like to pack and use their charging gear.

Haven't gone on our overseas trip yet, but I know this little gem is going to be useful. Will take it to NZ in April and Japan in August. Love that it has multiple built in USB-C. It's super portable and I love the colour!

Can fully charge my phone (iPhone 17) and is great for a night out or when I can’t be bothered to find a wire ahaha. The stand is also great for taking pictures and watching things 10/10 product well thought out

A great multi-purpose product
A great multi-purpose product - perfect for travel as it's a travel adaptor and a powerbank in one. I love that I can leave it plugged in, in my hotel room, and just take the powerbank part out with me for the day.

By far the best on the market. My tracker tags and chargers were brilliant. Keeping me safe and all my devices fully charged on my recent trip to the F1 in Japan. Do your self a favour and don’t go past SnapWireless. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic product!
I bought this about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it. It charges quickly and is super compact. I use it almost everyday and use it to charge all my devices all at once. I haven't taken it on holidays yet but when I do I'm sure it will help me safely charge all my devices even with the country corresponding plugs that it comes with. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has multiple devices and needs something light and helpful to take around to charge on the go!

Sounds like you’re getting exactly what it’s designed for. Being able to charge everything at once without carrying a bunch of cables is a bit of a game changer. Even better that it’s become part of your everyday setup.
You’ll definitely get even more out of it when you take it overseas. The interchangeable plugs make travel a lot easier, so you don’t have to think twice about charging in different countries.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Snap Wireless. My order was marked as delivered according to Australia Post, yet I never received the parcel.
I made several attempts to contact their support team but received no meaningful response. The only interaction available was through an automated chat assistant (“Sera”), which was unable to locate my order even after I provided the tracking number and my email address.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I have all the confirmation emails from Snap Wireless, Australia Post, and Shop verifying that the order was successfully placed and processed.
Overall, the lack of customer support and accountability has made this a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would expect a much higher standard of service, especially when dealing with missing orders.

Amazing powerbank
I purchased the Keychain Powerbank and I love it.
I keep it on my keychain with the car and home key because you just never know when someone’s phone is going to be low on battery and it has come in so handy especially how it has both lightning and the c cable. I highly recommend this little gadget you honestly don’t realise how often you will find yourself using it and it’s way better than those bulky powerbanks.
