This is a chinese company and they sold me a used chinese knock off of a vape pen. They also shared my email information and now I get about seven spam emails a day. Steer clear of this company if you know what's good for you.

I've been a loyal Joyetech customer for years & was used to buying direct. SMOKSTORE took over sales recently & I was skeptical, I've had plenty of bad experiences with other mfg & stores. Anyway, I needed a new device & took a chance! The order process was simple & I received my order rather quickly. I was excited! However, one of the devices (joyetech) was defective right out of the box & I dreaded having to try to get a replacement. As it happened it was the Chinese New Year but SMOKSTORE worked with me thru their holiday & got me a replacement shipped out asap! Their customer service is excellant & couldn't be happier! I'll definitely continue preferring from them & you should too!

I have given up vaping, but as I am listening to the news regarding limitations on liquids and devices, I decided I would re-equip. Just in case I am ever tempted to start again.
I have a particular device I liked, and Smokstore.com was the only place that had one in stock... at least at a reasonable price. I placed my order, then read some of the reviews and I must admit I panicked a little.
However, my order arrived in a couple of weeks. I did get responses to my emails, and other than the shipping was a little slower than I would have liked, I am very happy with my order. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the shipping time.

Just to clarify, my device arrived sealed in original packaging.
The brand security label was intact and checked out on the manufacturer website
No unauthorised activity on my card since placing my order. (I do use virtual cards anyway when ordering online, but thought I better include this)

I hate I had to give them 1 star to leave a review!! They suck they deserve ZERO STARS! it’s been 28 days since I ordered and NOTHING they are refusing to refund my money! I order through temu that’s based out of china and it ALWAYS arrives within 7 days!!! I will continue to write reviews until I get my order and even there after!!

I purchased 2 ecigs in November & got them right away. I ordered another one Dec 15, 2023 & customer service canceled my order, 2.5 weeks after I made the order. Apparently, they only had that ecig in fluid blue & that was fine. Somehow, the only individual that handles customer service uses a translation software that obviously isn’t very good. It took a month to handle, cancel, refund, answer questions surrounding this order. I am under the impression that Smok store is no longer a U.S. based company. Which matters to people in the U.S., because we’re expecting to receive something that normally arrives in 5 days! The customer service also sucks now! In my opinion, if you change the way a company runs, the consumer should be alerted in some fashion. Also, most companies hire people who are bilingual to handle customers they speak other languages. Not employing a bilingual/English speaking customer service rep, has cost whatever this is (it’s not smokstore.com) a lot of money. That word I will spread! #AvoidSmokstore.com #

Hello. I bought from smokstore on 24.11.2023 Order ID: 259371 - Smoktech Guardian Epipe Mod II, full kit, I received the article the other day, only today I opened it, to my surprise, both on the box and on the article I see signs of wear and use, coarse scratches are visible, the box does not contain instructions, the article is not properly packaged, I thought it was a serious company, but selling second-hand products is very bad on their part, I will write more reviews on the forums and I will tell everyone how unserious and liars they are, very bad of them..., I will definitely not buy from them again....
....considering that they behaved so badly and sold me second-hand products, I want my money back, the atomizer they sent me is still used, still with traces of liquid on the drip, ugly, bad, bad, I will request a refund...

Have ordered twice through them using a temporary virtual credit card from privacy.com, and both times they tried buying plane tickets with that card number about two months after my purchase. I did receive my items though, but know that they will steal whatever card number you give them

Took about 5 weeks to receive! Quickly received email confirming purchase! With no follow up for 35 days… package did arrive! Is real legit product!! Customer service is lacking at best… but product was what I paid for! I would not use this store if I needed something quickly! But I will happily purchase from them again… expect 6-8 weeks for arrival

Ordered a three pack for my Novo x. Finally after arriving I attempted to use all three pods and none worked. I was informed by a local retailer that they were more then likely a knock off. I wrote the smokstore customer service and they said they had to contact the Smok makers and get back to me. That was in November 2021 (two years ago). No response, no refund, nothing. Sketchy a.f..

I ordered a pack of coils… never received them…. Smok store stopped communicating…. Terrible company…. I’m glad that’s all I ordered…..

Can’t rate customer service cause it didn’t exist! Ordered cigarette rollers, sent wrong size and no way to exchange, no refund, no phone or email to contact. Skip this company.

I couldn't find all the hardware I needed in one place so I gave Smokstore.com a shot. I just needed glass and a drip tip for the tfv12 prince tank. Those items look like they came from NJ to PA so it came in 8 days from the order shipping update and I am satisfied with my experience. Would recommend and will use them again in the future. Thanks

Ive ordered with this company many times over the past 2 years and every time they have used an American shipping company so I really believed that they were from the usa but this last time they shipped it threw a Chinese shipping company and it's already been 9 days and it's still in China, and will take another 2-3 weeks before it will enter the USA. So please don't use this company!!! Order American OR IT WILL BE YOU WAITING A MONTH FOR A PRODUCT YOU NEED TODAY AND ALREADY PAID FOR.

Horrible products. Even worse customer service. The item I got was not what was described. Have been trying to return and getting nowhere. So now I'm stuck with a crap product and out of the money for a better one. Dont buy from here unless you want to be disappointed.

I ordered from them and then I got the confirmation email and decided to check here to see what people said. I didn't think it was a legitimate website after reading their reviews. I got my order within 2 weeks of ordering. Everything I ordered too. Not sure if the only people who post reviews are the ones who get f-ed over. I thought I was gonna get scammed, but I didn't. To be honest I am amazed that this happened. I will order again just to post an update.

Placed an order in February. It still has not arrived!!!! Everytime I email they give me tracking numbers that Do not work. Requested a refund and my email was returned and not able to go through.

Finally received my order!! I ordered February 15, 2023, received my order March 10, 2023!! I didn't read reviews before I ordered then when I did read them people were not receiving their order I got scared, tracking was not working, I emailed them several times, I always received a response, everything in my order was correct and no damage! What is not disclosed is an international fee, mine was only $1.94 but should have been on the order confirmation, so my experience with them was not a bad one, just took about a month to get my order!!!

never shipped my order, i have made several attempts at contacting them and have not gotten any type of response, there is nowhere within the site to view recent orders either, therefore you cannot cancel unless they contact you, which they have not

They get your money and don't deliver the product you ordered Always excuses. Don't order from them. I only ordered because they were the only company that had the product that I wanted. Undoubtedly they still have it because I don't.

I made a order and never received it. I reached out to Smoke store and their excuse was it wasn't in stock and offered another product. I accepted. I never received a email my product was shipped so again I reached out and their excuse was they were out for 2 weeks for Chinese New Year and my product will ship afterwards. I should have done my due diligence and see that this was a Chinese company that with all orders from China take forever to get. Never again
