This was a gift for a friend he was overjoyed by the quality in taste of it and said he’ll now be ordering his own having bought some of your smoked salmon. I know how good it is. It’s quality is 2nd to none Cynthia .

It was a touch expensive, but as Easter was approaching I thought it worth giving it a try. It turned out to be the delicious treat I was hoping it would be. In the end we also gave a packet to our son and daughter-in-law, who thought it was a far better present than an Easter Egg. It arrived on time and well packed, so it was just as good when it arrived as it had been when it left the smokehouse.

Salmon was excellent as always - a little disappointed that the Yuzu Mayo that we ordered with it was going out of date in less than a week of the delivery date.

Ordering was easy.
Delivery was on time and neatly packed. I ordered smoked trout and various smoked salmon to try and they were very high quality. I would definitely order again. Highly recommended.

My only minor complaint is that the delivery company does not knock on the door. They left the package at the front door and I only realised it was there when I got an email notification saying it was delivered.

It was sour and tasted very bad, I couldn't finish it. Not even close

Both the fresh salmon and the smoked taste absolutely delicious 😋. The gift pack I bought this time was also well thought out with lovely crisp white wine.
