I highly recommend Smith & Friends as much as a letting agency as an estate agent. They managed my rented property for many years, until I finally sold it through them.
All the staff are very professional, attentive and well-qualified in their appropriate areas of expertise. I felt well supported throughout this journey, particularly as I no longer live locally. Their communciations were always prompt, clear and helpful. THANK YOU!

I have been left with no hot water and heating in a new house recently purchased, being assured that the boiler was fixed. It was not, S & F say it was the builders responsibility, the builders say S &F signed it off therefore sold as seen. Communication was difficult at times as I was having to speak to multiple people about the same thing. It left a bad taste in my mouth, a cold home, cold bath and will cost me alot of money to get fixed, not great at all...

Staff were great and knowledgeable and always available to answer any queries.

The only negative is stop selling Move Butler.
