Great product good packaging fast service

I have bought before and like the motorized roller shades. Have not synced with Home Kit as of now.

I ordered two blinds but one of the blinds and a motor meant for a different customer arrived about a week later (UK). I contacted support and within the day the second blind was put into production as a replacement. Through no fault at all of SmartWings this second blind arrived a week later but had sustained damage in transit. Again I contacted support who couldn’t have been more apologetic and expedited a further replacement straight away. This arrived and was installed yesterday, both blinds are fantastic quality and are absolutely perfect.
As a side note, these are very easy to install, I am a one armed pensioner and I had no issues at all installing myself. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation ordering further from them as needed.

Fantastic customer service and good quality blinds

We now have seven smart wings shades. Very easy to install and excellent hardware.
One of the shades was dented a little bit on the valence during shipping. We called and smart wings sent out a replacement immediately. Their customer support is amazing. I’m going to buy six more shades.

Helpful phone support, good fabric options (although I could have used a few more) and good product. Overall, considering the price vs a custom shade, this product is very good.

We had a complicated window with an unusual shape. I reached out to customer service via email, sending pictures of my window. Marina Liu from the customer service team helped me select the right shape and set up. The shades arrived promptly for the challenging window, and the rest of the order was exactly as I wanted. The installation was fast. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I love these smart blinds, smooth operation and look great!

Super Happy with my Smartwings purchases. They work great, look great, and the process from start to finish was quick and easy. Installation was super easy as well as long as you have measured correctly. I have now purchased 8 total shades ( 3 indoor and 5 outdoor).

Love the blinds and price but I have one roller shade of 7 that will not work with Alexa. The support wasn't helpful and I don't know where to go from here! The 6 that work are wonderful!

All the blinds have been functioning well. The customer service is responsive and solve the problems we've had.

Easy ordering, Easy installation, work as expected

Wonderful addition to our kitchen remodel! These were very easy to order and shipping was fast. The installation is very easy. Programming was not hard and the blinds work well with Alexa. It was very easy to program them to open and close at certain times of day. The only issue is that you have tell Alexa the percentage to open the blinds, as she won't recognize other commands unless you create a routine. On large changes (full open or full close) Alexa doesn't get the command back from the blinds quickly enough so she says, "check device for connection". They are small little things to learn and don't really detract from the blinds.

The quality and practicality of this product exceeded my expectations. I’m very satisfied
