I've been very impressed with the installation process and how easy it is to connect to HomeKit.

Shipping was on time. The product was made and shipped from China without any delays. The blinds were easy to install and program to the controller. They work great and look great.

The blinds all work well with their motors and automated schedules. They were easy to pair to my Zigbee hub, and overall look nice and as expected from pictures. It would have been nice if there were color-matched options for the tops of the blinds instead of just black or white. The battery life is great so far. The remote was a little tedious to set up, but works just fine now that I have all the blinds grouped by room, along with individual control. One of the 5 has a slight twist to it when it's down that makes one side stick out from the side of the window. I was sent a video fix to pull it out from the window and twist it hard, which somewhat helped, but I'm hoping it gradually gets better over time.

We love love love SmartWings. We’ve used many of their variations - in color, in material, in opacity, most options - and have been so satisfied with all of them (22 and counting) have been a great value for the product.

Better than expected! I went with the 5% Openness Fabric: WHITE LINEN, in part because I wanted that super soft neutral color, and I'm super happy with them! The motor is quiet and smooth and they look expensive!

Fast delivery. Great website with online information and instructions. Very simple install.

The only issue is when Alexa is given a command, she will execute, but in the middle of the shade moving, she will say the shade has an error. There is no error and it works fine. She just seems to be confused. We talked with the manufacturer and they said they thought it was an Alexa issue. We called the Alexa provider and they were unaware and could not figure it out and we have not heard back from them. Otherwise, no complaints.

Ordered 7 solar shades, have installed 4 so far and they are just what I wanted. Installation was easy and transferring all 4 to one remote was simple. I haven't tried setting them up for voice control yet.

If I can give SmartWings a 20 out of 10 I would. Excellent 24/7 customer service (I only contacted via their website), competitive prices and a high quality product.

The shades just don't work half the time.

been working with Kikko on a diy project shade for a couple of weeks now and she has proven to be patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, responding to my emails many times on the same day, even on the weekends.

The whole experience of purchasing blinds was great. One note of caution, measure in multiple places because you cannot refund! These are custom! We measured top middle and bottom but our window was a little funky and bowed in a spot. We emailed customer service and they were very responsive, tried to help us problem solve and even offered us a discount to order a new blind if the one we ordered did not fit after sanding. We should have been more careful in measuring so it was not their fault. Remember to take your smallest number so the blinds move freely! I would definitely order from them again! Love our blinds!!!
