We started our experience selling blinds with Alina.

She was so supportive and helpful throughout the complete experience - patience with all our questions and overnight responses every time. SmartWings are lucky to have such a dedicated and response person on their staff!

We installed Roller and Cellular blinds throughout our newly constructed house and are very pleased with the result. I personally did the installation which was quick and easy. The blinds were manufactured precisely to the measurements we provided and even preprogrammed to stop at the precise height requested. Packaging was very good and shipment quick. Had an issue with one blind being missed off the shipment, but Alina quickly got this resolved.

Overall a great experience with SmartWings, and excellent customer support.

Customer service is excellent and very responsive, but the product itself is unreliable. I have the wired blinds, and they only work about half the time. They’ll go days without functioning and then suddenly work again the next day. They sent 2 controller and they aren't any better..It’s been very disappointing.

I love this motorized solar shade—it’s gorgeous and so well made! The remote is great, and being able to control it by voice through our home system is amazing. A huge improvement over manual shades.

I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with my new Smartwings blinds.
I installed 4 Lutron Serena blinds about 9 months ago and they were amazing. So much so that I wanted blinds throughout my house, but the Lutron blinds were too expensive. So I ordered 14 of the Smartwings blinds for about 1/3 the cost hoping they would be reasonably good.
I was surprised by how easy they were to install. They were easier than the Lutron blinds because they were lighter and the attachment clip system worked extremely well.
Okay... so I had a problem. I ordered one of the blinds 1/2" too wide... no way to fix it. So I contacted Smartwings and was even more surprised with their customer service. They were extremely helpful. I mean way over the top for what I was expecting. They made a blind that was the right size without the motor for about 1/2 the cost. They sent a video to show me how to install my existing Matter motor into the new blind. It was literally removing 3 screws, sliding off the endcap, sliding out the motor and reversing the process. Anyone could do this...
Anyway, I am extremely happy with these blinds. I got the Matter motor and paired it with my Apple Homekit. That was easy as well.
I couldn't be happier. Lower cost, easy install, quiet flawless operation!

I ordered from Smartwings two times already; totalling 9 blinds total. Both times the order took only a couple of weeks to arrive to California. The blinds were very nice. I really like the Levitate blinds. However, one of the blinds that I ordered last month started to have issues and did not go up. I tried to fix it, but eventually found out the reason was one of the string/rope was broken. I emailed Smartwings and within the day, Esme contacted me and told me that she has ordered a new one to be shipped to me immediately. Talk about customer service! Then for some reason, one of my other blinds stopped working; but I think it was because when I tried to re-program the broken one, it affected this one. I could not fix it, so emailed Esme, and after exchanging about 3 emails, I was able to fix everything. I think that the only negative I would have is that the instruction manuals are very bad. I could not understand what to do.
However, Esme, the person who replied to my emails, her instruction were spot on and in perfect English. She should help re-write the instruction manual. Overall, I would highly recommend Smartwings.

Great product, quick delivery.

They say they take returns, but if you try to send an unopened package back, they say it’s customized. ALL their orders are customized. So they don’t take returns. They should just say that.

Ordered replacement Zigbee Motors for all of my blinds to better work with my new smart home architecture. Worked with excellent customer service rep who looked up my old order, found the correct replacement motors and then provided a fantastic discount to good to pass up. The blinds work better than ever!

Extremely quick shipping, great communication with support and the quality and functionally are superior. I had read comments about the power supply being noisy but I haven't experienced that, it's very quiet.

Easy measuring. I perhaps should have asked a few more questions, but the ordering turned out well and delivery was fast. We used the recommended installer from the Smartwings website and that worked amazingly well. The shade is perfect and we’re considering buying another, plus have recommended Smartwings to a family member.

This company sells an amazing array of high quality smart blinds and drapes. Unlike other companies they are accessible by phone and email for prompt support. I have used them for two homes (blinds and drapes) both with their own idiosyncratic issues and they have spent the time to help me with solutions. This time spent with me finding a one-off solution for me singularly is not where they make their money. But it is where they have built my trust as a lifelong consumer and I am very grateful. They provide the trifecta: great esthetics, smart electronics, and before and after customer support/solutions. I cannot say enough good about them in a world where buying remotely is understandably a scary prospect. I recommend SmartWings unequivocally.

Product is easy to install and works great

I've been very impressed with the installation process and how easy it is to connect to HomeKit.

Shipping was on time. The product was made and shipped from China without any delays. The blinds were easy to install and program to the controller. They work great and look great.

The blinds all work well with their motors and automated schedules. They were easy to pair to my Zigbee hub, and overall look nice and as expected from pictures. It would have been nice if there were color-matched options for the tops of the blinds instead of just black or white. The battery life is great so far. The remote was a little tedious to set up, but works just fine now that I have all the blinds grouped by room, along with individual control. One of the 5 has a slight twist to it when it's down that makes one side stick out from the side of the window. I was sent a video fix to pull it out from the window and twist it hard, which somewhat helped, but I'm hoping it gradually gets better over time.
