Fantastic company
Fantastic company to deal with, great customer support and answered all my questions - very polite team.
They delivered fast and all items were there, they even upgraded one of my cameras due to stock issues which I thought was amazing.

Good experience; fast delivery
My experience of dealing with Smart Secured was very good. I needed a next day Saturday delivery and paid for the express service and the item arrived right on time. Would recommend based on that.

I remember we spoke on the phone and informed you that if the camera has any signs of damage or usage we can replace it. All products we sell are brand new and benefit from 3 years warranty.

The installation of 8 cameras both indoors and outdoors were efficient within one day. Follow-up setting for App was clear. Ovi helped a lot in enabling sharing the access for our family outside the U.K. Even though we encountered some problems when making the access, he provided timely and useful assistance to make it work. Good service!

Ovi CCTV Supremo!
Ovi has a fantastic eye for detail and can give you sound advice and support when you get work done from him. Not only can be do electrics, he can build also and repair even the most ruined or damaged electric circuit back to life. He's a magician in that sense! We had him install some CCTV equipment, granted we knew nothing - he explained everything so clearly and well and was on hand via video chat to talk me through some settings that i messed up. I would highly recommend you put your trust in Ovi and he will repay it with top quality customer service with integrity and honesty.
