I recommend this seller. I did not receive a confirmation of sending and I did not receive the tracker number, but the equipment did arrive on time. That's why I give 4 stars and not 5.

Excellent service from Ovi at SmartSecure who ultimately hand delivered my purchase in person after a bizarre item substitution by the budget courier in transit. When my hikvision purchase first arrived I feared I'd fallen for a fraud when I found an item of clothing in my near-empty box (which had obviously been tampered with in hindsight). However I got straight in touch and spoke with Ovi. It became obvious that the box had been opened after dispatch. Strongly recommend paying a little more for the express delivery with a reputable courier, as I will do in the future. First class service despite the obvious inconvenience to all and the costly loss of items in transit. I wish Ovi success in recovering the lost items.

Excellent service and product

Good price but shipping and delivery were not what was promised at the time of my order. I had two choices so I chose standard delivery that was 3 to 5 days. After 5 working days, no parcel. I called customer care Friday and was promised an email with status and tracking…….no email. So I called Monday and was promised the email and tracking, which did arrive. Parcel arrived next day and showed a “next day” service had been used. Seems to be a warehouse problem and in all fairness, the customer care guy was quite good a did call me to check all was ok.
