I've been in contact with them since May to cancel the account and they continue to fail to process it. Regardless of talking to them on the phone and getting empty promises.

Hi Motorcycle Dyno, we are sorry to hear about your experience and that you were unhappy with your Smartpay terminal. As per your agreement, the monthly terminal rental fee continues until we receive your terminal back.
Since your terminal was returned on July 18th, you were automatically billed for the month. You have since been refunded for June and July, and your Smartpay account has been successfully closed. We sincerely apologise for your experience.

Extremely poor service from Smart pay.
I’ve been trying to return a handheld terminal for weeks, and despite multiple calls and emails, no proper return box was ever delivered to my personal address as promised. Instead, a flimsy envelope was sent to my previous business premises, which I only found out about through the new owner. I still packed and returned the terminal using that envelope, yet I’ve received no credit to date.
To make matters worse, Smart pay has been debiting my account without any prior notification, which is completely unacceptable.
Beware before signing up with this company — the lack of transparency and poor follow-through has been very disappointing.

Extremely Unhappy
Started out very happy with the product and support. I have now had 3 instances where the money has not been deposited into my account next day as advertised on their site. I have had many phone calls in regards to this issue and nothing seems to be getting sorted out.

Payments are delayed for settling regularly.
Customer service is not 24/7 and they never answer the phone
