A well made product but the fitting would have been so much easier with a cupboard rail and brackets.

Leaks a little so that mail can be damp. The locking mechanism if unreliable meaning it is tricky to close it up.

survived rain showers on Skye. Easy to fix, big enough for A4/C4 envelopes and small parcels.

This is a great product and helps avoid our post being destroyed by our dogs. it was delivered in a strong packaging box so was in perfect condition and really easy to set up. It is a good size so most large items can fit inside.

nicely finished product. but when wind is strong the lid pops up so water will enter. so position carefully. I will be modifying mine with some weights, which will hopefully fix it.

Excellent quality for the price. More expensive ones didn’t seem worth the extra cost. These days a hole in the door or wall for post seems bad for energy bills. I’d prefer the top compartment hinge at the front to further reduce the slight risk of fishing. A third fixing hole or slot low down would further reduce risk of lifting the box off the wall, though with tightened screws that risk seems small. A neighbour would need a narrower or smaller version whic isn’t available. I’d have bought a lighter grey if available. Suggest labelling should say “Letters, parcels" instead of just "Parcels" though postman has correctly put letters in it. Suggest a package deal including house numbers to put on the box. All that said, it’s already saved me several missed deliveries in a few days.
