Returned watch because it was a bag of s**t. Didn't work. Strap fell off.
No reply to my emails, sent the watch back over 2 weeks ago recorded delivery, NO REFUND YET AND I AM BEING IGNORED!!!!!!.

Please do not use this company. I ordered two watches off them which were useless. They didn't pair an had zero functionality. I requested a return which I had to pair for, and I paid for tracking as I sensed they were cowboys. I have photographic evidence via Royal Mail of my items being returned, yet now they will not respond to any emails requesting my refund. Awful company.

Awful product. Goods are faulty, no GPS tracking at all and doesn’t charge. Customer service equally as bad, evidence sent and no response. I have now returned the goods as per their instruction after waiting 10 days for a reply at a cost of £9. Awaiting £60 refund. They should be shamed of themselves, literally stealing from people!

Every single feature does not work, was asked to send in evidence I order to get a refund, which I did then they went radio silent. Had to go through my bank for a refund.
Watch was tracked to a 15 minute walk away when it hadn’t left my living room. Recipients phone rings AFTER the call has been ended on the watch so no active call on the watch end!? How does that even happen? The touch screen goes between not working or being too sensitive and ringing people whilst scrolling through the phone book. Absolute waste of money and horrific ethics from the company towards customers

Rubbish phone does not always phone or receive phonecalls and the tracker is miles off

Great watches for keeping track of my kids when they are out playing. Recently one of their friends broke the buckle and the customer service was excellent. They replaced the part for free and replied really quickly to my emails.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible company. As with other reviewers I wish I had read reviews on here first. App doesn’t pair with the watch (once you locate the app). The clock screen only has one other option. It’s a very poor product. When you contact them for a refund they just send pointless email after pointless email. Finally, you’ll receive the returns address with a long email explaining that the watch will be inspected upon return and if it does not meet the return requirements (we never do find out what these are) no refund will be issued. So they then will have your watch, your money and you’ve paid for the return postage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not order from this company! Stupidly didn’t check here for reviews before ordering. Watch was delivered in a flimsy parcel bag so the box is battered. The watch itself has feint scratches all over the face consistent with wear. The strap is enormous and fits an adult size wrist. Contacted their customer services and was assured twice they do not send out used products. Reading multiple reviews, other people have also received obviously used products. The watch was falsely advertised as a kids watch. Was told I could return at my cost, but item had to be unused…it was used when I received it! The quality of the watch is absolute rubbish, the watch is definitely not brand new and the size of the strap is a joke. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Ordered item 23rd July. Said would arrive 11th August. Have sent 5 emails with no response, no watch & no email to tell me where the watch is. Shocking

I am yet to get my product or money. After returning the 2G Sonic that was not working.
They have refused to respond on how to pay the additional difference for the 4G. Now the 2G watch is with the company and my money has not been refunded for two watches.

Avoid these scammers.

I received a watch with an open package, missing product manual, and clear signs of usage. Despite this, they refused to cover the cost of return, which I ended up paying for. It has already passed their stated terms of refund, but there is no sign of a refund, and they have not bothered to reply to my multiple chaser emails asking for an update on the refund.

I wish I had seen the reviews here before ordering rather than looking at the fake reviews on their website.

Awful! Location is inaccurate. Ads constantly popping up on App. Camera is pitiful and utterly pointless. Time can’t be changed from 24hour clock….i could go on. The website is full of fake reviews- it doesn’t give you an option to leave a genuine review, hence me leaving one here. Do not bother!

BOGUS COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a watch for my son over a week ago, after not being able to register the device to the app I contacted them via the contact form. I received a response from ‘Alice’ asking for further details. I responded immediately and have sent numerous chase emails as has my husband and we have not received a response. After reading many reviews on here that match ours I decided to delve a little deeper. I managed to locate a telephone number and an address (different to what is on their website) from the online transaction on my bank statement. When I called the telephone number, it is for a watch company located in Mayfair, London called Kettle Kids. Majority of their watches are over £70,000. They were very surprised by my phone call as they have never heard of Smart Watch Kids.co.uk and were unaware that their details are being used against this so called companies payment transactions. They will be looking into the matter further their end and I assume reporting this ‘company’ to trading standards for their illegal activity.

This only had a 3 star rating as there were no instructions with the smart watch to activate it and there was no QR code on the back as shown for this model on you tube when I found a video. A bit of a disappointment but more so for my daughter so I went elsewhere. Also after reading other reviews I thought I wouldn't see any money refunded but today I've received a refund 27/7/2024 👍😁

Do not even reply !! Sons birthday present ruined because there is no QR CODE on the back !!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought a watch as a gift. The watch didn't work, the QR code with the instructions didn't scan and I emailed customer support 4 times with absolutely no response. Completely horrendous.

In response to your reply: there are no emails in my junk folder. The person for whom I bought the gift emailed a week ago too and she hasn't received a reply either.

Alice, I haven't received anything from you. You'll see on my order both my address and the recipient's address. They have also received no communication. Perhaps you can send this by post as clearly there are email issues - not just with me but with the other reviewers on Trustpilot.

I've provided another email address, both for myself and for the recipient of the watch. Neither of us has received an email. Please could you refund my card and send the recipient a pre-paid envelope so that she can return the watch to you.

Gutted I even have to put one star! Don’t bother, the watch can’t even be registered or signed up to the app. Imagine running a sh*tshow of a company and letting down so many young kids in the process, I hope you guys don’t choke on the money - anyone involved in this ‘company’ should be utterly ashamed of yourselves.
