I've only given 1 star as I had no choice! The watch is brought is absolutely shocking and not fit for purpose, the camera is awful, the gps doesn't work.
They offer a 30 days no quibble guarantee yet they have no return address, they have to provide you with this hut wont respond to emails to give you this!
Avoid at all costs

I bought a kids Smart Watch for my grandaughters Christmas. The watch has never worked properly.
1. Difficult to set up.
2. Sometimes charges, sometimes not.
3. Won't connect to the app.
4. Tracker is useless as it doesn't work properly.
I contacted this company and was continually fobbed off by them asking me to do video's to send to them. I did send them videos but they were never good enough. I asked them for a phone number or a return address but they would not supply either of these. In the end I told them I was contacting my bank for a charge back. I contacted my bank and got a charge back. A week after I received my charge back I got an email from this awful company giving me an address to return the watch for testing. I haven't done so as they will not supply a prepaid label and I am loathe to spend any more money on the company.
Please people out there take heed of the bad reviews. There is genuinely a BIG PROBLEM with this COMPANY.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Like everyone else here I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.. watch is absolute rubbish and broke after 2 days. They are not responding to my emails at all and so will be contacting my bank.

I wish I had checked trustpilot prior to buying. I also returned this watch completely unopened, I didn’t even open any cellophane and I have not had any contact from them or a refund. My bank are trying to help me. I too will contact trading standards.

Product was completely unopened and in original cellophane wrapping - no cause for them to question or dispute whatsoever, should be an easy return. The product was returned to the company immediately- postage paid by me, they acknowledged receipt but still no refund a month after receiving the product back. They have now stopped responding to me. Reporting to trading standards.

Opened the envelope and noticed the writing on the box was in broken English and grammatically poor. I presume these are fakes or cheap Chinese knock offs. Returned without opening the inside packaging. Email exchange eventually ignored and didn't receive a refund until I raised an issue through my bank.

Same experience. Paid £59.99 for watch. Didn't connect to app properly. Responded to emails initially and asked me to return watch for checking. Confirmed they received it and now nothing. Lost £59.99 and they have the watch!!! Total scam

My wife ordered two watches for our children, and they are appalling in every way imaginable.
They intermittently accept SIM cards, and when they do, the signal is non-existent. Additionally, one of the watches arrived with a scratch on the screen. It seems likely that the company is resending returned watches from scammed customers who never received a refund—allowing them to scam people repeatedly with the same defective products.

I purchased a Smart Kids Watch, and it was faulty from the start—wouldn’t connect to the app, had a defective button, and completely inaccurate step tracking. I contacted their support with clear proof of the fault, but they refused to honour their own 30-day money-back guarantee.

Instead, they delayed responses, ignored emails, and refused to cover return shipping for a faulty item, despite their own refund policy stating they would. After weeks of chasing, they stopped responding altogether.

This company does not care about customers, ignores consumer rights, and scams buyers out of their money. Avoid them at all costs!

The worst watch in the history of watches and history. It's no Rolex or Timex in fact it's more Andrex. Smart isn't the word I'd use to describe it. Thought LBS stood for Location Based Service but on this it stands for LoadaBullShit, it's spot on give or take 30 miles.

This smartwatch is so hard to setup, does not sync with the phone to change the time and does not track steps properly. It just constantly counts even when sat still. It said my daughter did 16000 steps in 2 hours when she'd barely been doing anything. Tried to get a refund but gave up and it's gone in the bin. Don't waste your money.

Having tried to get a refund for a watch returned weeks ago I am now going through charge back via my credit card. Despite numerous broken promises and misinformation given by the company - they are 100% fraudsters and a total scam AVOID !!!!

I wish I read this site review earlier, their customer service is terrible and they are just after money from customers without providing them service. I am waiting for my refund since 11/11/2024 and no one is replying to emails and I have returned the watch within the refund period after trying hard in their location service, Can anyone suggest what can I do to get my money back?

Wish I’d seen these reviews before buying. The watch is absolutely terrible, got it as a Christmas present, so my daughter could go out to play and be tracked however the tracker is showing her 16 miles away and doesn’t change no matter where we are. As I’ve seen in other comments, I’ve asked for a review and been ignored. AVOID.

I sent the watch back that my child opened on Christmas Day, the sim does not work, you could not use the watch, I paid to send it back, they refuse to call you, ignore emails, when I finally got an email back saying they tested the watch and it works, it does not work, I had sent numerous emails asking for help stating it did not work, they did not reach out to help or support, instead they offered a 20% refund, I have reported the company, and have posted on every sight advising people not to use, a lot of people have had the same experience, I have reported it to the bank and they are aware of the company and fraudulent sales and activity, do not buy from this site

Terrible experience. Just as per the reviewer below. The watch is really poor and won't charge. Having requested a refund 4 times I've just been ignored. Now having to get a refund via my credit card company.

I bought a watch for my grandsons Christmas present. It arrived broken and I reported that. Eventually they wrote to offer a replacement. I have written 3 times asking for a refund and have heard nothing. I am contacting my bank.

Ordered two kids smart watches. Free next delivery was offered, took four days to arrive. That’s forgivable but not the shockingly poor quality of the watches. I wasn’t expecting much for £20 but I did at least expect we would be able to charge them. The magnetic charger is so hopeless it won’t even charge when held in place. I’ve emailed for a return but having read these reviews I assume I’ll be hanging out for 30 days until I can request a charge back from my credit card company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a watch for my daughter’s birthday. I activated and loaded the sim sent with the watch. That didn’t work. I got another PAYG sim and spent £6 on that. That didn’t work. I asked for a refund. The company told me I had to return the watch at my expense to have it tested. I did this and they told me it was because I hadn’t inserted the sim properly, this was incorrect. I had sent them a picture of the sim inserted in the right way. They told me I hadn’t pushed it in enough but that’s impossible to do because the cover when screwed in clicks the sim into place. They offered me a partial refund. I paid £29 for the watch and in total spent £22 on sim credit. I have emailed them several times and got no response. They have the watch, my sim with credit on and I am £51 down with nothing to show. Please do not buy from them.
