This is a scam !!!! Please don’t get tricked into this ! My biggest regret is that I didn’t check trustpilot reviews but only looked at the ones from their website…
I’ve placed the order on 2nd of June , a present for my 8y o daughter and up until today I’ve never received that watch, although they say next day delivery ! I’ve been given a track number and today I’ve got an update that my parcel WAS LOST , to contact the seller . The seller doesn’t have any contact phone number , only email . I’ve emailed them multiple times without any reply .
I’ m extremely upset ! It is not about £5-£10 but £60! Someone is a millionaire by selling lies.

Does not work at all. Do not buy these watches

Oh my goodness. So I did not read proper reviews before purchasing.
The watch is terrible. It doesn't work properly. The signal is terrible, the watch is basic and I've had one reply from the company asking for images of the fault? Since then, I've emailed at least 4 times - to no reply. £60 down , my poor daughter purchased with her own birthday money. I think at this point, I'm contacting Watch dog.

If it were possible to leave a negative rating, we would. We received a watch that was faulty and would not charge, so we returned it via recorded delivery in mid-March, requesting a replacement. It is now late May, and despite multiple follow-up emails, we have received no response, no replacement, and no refund.

The company appears to operate solely via email and has demonstrated a complete lack of customer service or accountability. We strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this business.

We feel very let down!

I purchased the Kids Sonic Pro Smart Watch in November 2024. The product had come together with an O2 SIM and relies entirely on the 2G mobile network — a detail that was not clearly disclosed.

Now that major UK providers like O2 have shut down their 2G networks, the watch has become completely unusable. To make matters worse, it doesn’t allow manual time setting, so it can’t function even as a basic digital watch without network connectivity.
In May 2025, I contacted the retailer to ask for solutions. After no reply for three days, I submitted a formal complaint, clearly explaining that the product is no longer fit for purpose and suggesting possible resolutions. While they initially acknowledged the complaint and promised a response, they have since been completely unresponsive, despite several follow-ups.

This product may look appealing, but I strongly urge potential buyers to:
• Check whether the watch supports 4G (3G is also being phased out soon)
• Be aware that without network access, the watch won’t even show the correct time
• Be cautious about signing long-term contracts with network providers tied to these devices
• Be prepared for poor after-sales support if anything goes wrong

A children’s safety device should be reliable and well-supported — unfortunately, this one falls far short.

Also wish I had listened to someone before about this company being a scam. I have since reported them but also sent a £60 watch back which didn't work properly and the battery didn't even last up to 6 hours. The location settings were never accurate and the app so rediculous. I am not getting any responses to my emails and clearly no sign of a refund coming.

Please please do not buy!

This is a complete con! The watches are horrendous. Don’t even work. No a simple way of returning and no reply from company.
We brought two watches and have been completely done over.

I bought it solely for the tracking & it's so off! Completely different postcodes off! Not reassuring at all. Waste of money.

Absolute rip off!!
Do not buy this unless you want to waste your money. You cant use the watch unless it is connected to an active sim card that must have data and calls. This is not appropriate for a £30 watch for a child, having to top it up in order to use it is ridiculous. There is no blu tooth option. You cant even change the time unless it has a topped up sim card.
It has multiple apps that are supposed to control the watch but you still cnt do anything without the sim card. The apps have games you cnt play and lead you to adverts completely unrelated and you cnt get back to the app unless you close it down. The camera quality is very poor it only picks up small parts of an image.
When you try to return it takes them days to reply and then they ask you to confirm the watch is still as new and unused. I asked them about the return policy and they ignored anything i said.
There is no other form of contact for this site other than the email address.
In the returns they state that you must pay for labels and returns and they will consider a refund when they receive the watch back.
These people need to be stopped as they are getting money off people for absolute trash and ripping you off.

Awful company and awful product. Bought the smart watch for my son, location tells me he is miles away from where he actually is( sitting in our home) when setting it up, it asked me.to input my card details just to confirm the set up process but that no money would be taken, they reserved a £1 which was ok, sadly the next day my bank contacted me.to say the company had attempted to debit £59.99 from my card which luckily was declined but in turn my card was cancelled (day before my sons birthday) contacted customer services who replied, requesting pictures of the problem... I sent 2 further emails requesting an explanation as to why they were trying to take money and requesting a refund as their product is awful and not accurate, to date I still have had no reply since requesting a refund...
Honestly wish I had done research before giving these con artists my money.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She bought this watch for my 8 year old brother when it came the SIM card came up as not working when it was brand new. The parent controlled app doesn’t let you save any information or contacts and the location is not accurate at all the watch does not make calls or texts and as well as this there is no way of topping up the SIM card, using Bluetooth or WiFi and the manual does not have any actual setting up information. The watch doesn’t carry out any features advertised by the company and they have still not replied to me or my mother’s emails asking for a refund or even instructions on how to fix the issues occurring. Considering the other ridiculous reviews about them I’m no longer surprised by this. This company is a scam and fraudulent as it’s sending out watches that do not work and are not even meant to work in regions or austraila, England and Ireland etc which is why I presume the SIM cards do not work but I find it ridiculous that this company keeps getting away with not replying or refunding customers even when they have proof. We have also attempted to contact our source of payment but even with the proof of no response to emails the bad reviews the manufacturer manual with little information and photos of the watch we were still told that it isn’t evidence I doubt my mother will see her money again but this is a learning experience to not
Trust a company who is sponsored on google and to not trust the reviews on the actual company website instead come here always as my mother thought because of the 5 stars on the company’s website were real and had no knowledge on how to spot scamming website although I’ve informed her now. Honestly so annoyed for her and my brother that I would say this is negative stars if it was possible such shitty people out there!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

My watch is faulty and when I emailed customer services they told me to take a video of the fault. The watch keeps resetting itself so I'm not sure what they wanted a picture of. They then said I could return if the item had not been used but I would need to pay for postage which I'm definitely not willing to do after reading all of these terrible reviews. I only wish I had read them on here before purchasing as the ones on their site are clearly fake! I will be going through my bank now to sort this out. What a terrible company!

Bought a watch in October for my Grandsons birthday in November. It did not work he managed 10,000 steps while sitting in the back of a car. SKW sent me another which was equally useless nothing worked consistently. I opened a review with my Bank they told me I had to return the faulty items before they could help. I did this by recorded signed for post. The parcel was received the Bank paid me my money. However SKW still contest this so they now have both watches and my cash. They say they cannot find any records of my returning the watches. The hoops they make you jump through is unbelievable and my Bank tell me that they may yet have to return the money from my account. The returns policy is a farce you cannot send to the address they sent it from !! They constantly send me emails telling me they are happy to send my refund but to do that i need to close the case with my Bank. I told them that if I do that my Bank will consider the case closed and no way will SKW then pay me. If they are happy to refund me why won't they tell my Bank? Goodness knows where the 5 star reviews come from on their own website they must employ someone full time to write them all . AVOID I wish I had read the reviews before sending them my money 5 months ago.

The Smart Kids Watch company is terrible. The product software doesn’t work and the quality of the watch is poor. The GPS doesn’t track the child’s location accurately. Huge disappointment, as it was a Christmas present for our son. I have returned the item months ago and still haven’t received a refund! They keep saying it takes time. DO NOT BUY a watch from them! Stay clear!

Would give 0 if I could. Terrible terrible product. Doesn't work at all. Slow at replying and seem to not want to give refunds. I will not be paying to return te product.
