Ordered 3 DIY beaded bracelet kits. All three came with ridiculously unhelpful instructions (add beads to string until you have formed a turtle/octopus) and one is missing a centerpiece (the face of the cat) entirely. When I complained they suggested I look to YouTube for instructions. Refused to issue a refund as this is against their policy (as is actually delivering a product, apparently!). Proceeding with a claim via PayPal.

I was sent an item that looks nothing like the picture and not fit for use. They are telling me I need to pay to return the product to get my refund.

This is a total scam. Website says the items are made in USA (yeah, right) but the return address is of course China. They sent me a horrible shoddy item - not the one I ordered or anything like it - three months after ordering it (it was a Pinterest link) and have since refused to acknowledge their mistake. Like others here, I have been offered a discount to keep it, been told how expensive it is to return via international shipping, told I must bear the cost of returning the item I never ordered. There has never been any recognition of the item I DID order, and pay for. I would love to see them closed down, and hope my credit card company might be able to help with a refund from these scammers.

This is a fraudulent company. The goods they sold me were totally misrepresented and the description was lies. Also they claim on their web site under 'Our Story' to be an American company based in California, their web address is smartdeconline.com, but they are based in China. The company contact is Zeng Yunting and the address is 179, Xinhe Road, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Steer well clear. I purchased drinking glasses described as 100% crystal, hand blown, made by artisans. The pictures looked lovely. I paid £46 for a pair. What arrived was 2 machine manufactured glasses of poor quality, almost plastic in how they felt, I would not have paid £5 for them in Tesco. When I complained to the company they made it as difficult as possible to return the items. They refused to send a return label, and said the return was at the purchasers expense even though the product had been significantly mis-represented, they refused to give a return address unless it was requested directly, they stipulated what carrier could be used, told me how expensive it would be for me to return the items, used scare tactics to try and dissuade me from making the return and offered me £6 back to not return them. I am now £58 out of pocked and waiting to see what excuse they make to avoid paying the refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company uses pictures from legit sources to scam customers. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Het zijn oplichters. Ik heb een halloweenlamp besteld. Wat ik heb ontvangen is geen lamp maar een klein plat ding die je voor het raam kan zetten of hangen. Mail gestuurd dat ik het artikel wil retourneren omdat het misleiding is. Je kan kiezen tussen 15% korting of het tegen hoge kosten naar china retourneren.

I ordered 2 fire lanterns and received 2 jars with fairy lights stuffed in them! My 5 year old could have done a better job. Have no way to contact this company. Something needs to be done about this scamming company.also i was charged in American funds although the address inbox came from Ontario.

De foto van een lamp met zogenaamd echt vuur is gewoon fake. Het is al een hele tuc om er Überhaupt gewoon licht uit te krijgen. Een dure miskoop. Daar ik bijna uitsluitend slechte revieuws lees, ook wat betreft terugbetaling ga ik maar niet proberen mijn geld terug te vragen. Deze firma mag mij natuurlijk nooit meer iets leveren.

Ok, last update on this miserable purchase. Received the so called items. The items ordered were 3 cats, 1 dog, 1 eagle. The eagle was not received at all. The dog was not the type of dog I chose. The items were supposed to be CRYSTAL. What I got was 4 rudely painted plastic/resin. I guess the pictures of the items I thought I was buying were AI. I’m so disgusted with someone that would so fraudulently misrepresent their items.

The product photos AND descriptions are AI GENERATED. None of what they're selling exists. This is a scam. Do not fall for it.

My wife bought an item purporting to be an embroidery kit for Easter eggs. What she received was nothing of the sort. The item supplied was a sewn together print of the item advertised. One of which had a part hot glued to it. Disgusting rip off. Do not use this company. Also check Amazon as there are similar reviews for the same item from other suppliers.

Nothing I received was like the items on the website. Everything was pricey also even if they had been what I thought I was ordering. Packaging was horrible. One of the items,an urchin shell lamp was all in pieces. The felt embroidery kit eggs were printed fabric - not even felt. They were not kits, they were finished garbage. Pay Phone booth was not 1:12 size but larger, and looked like crap - very poorly made. Stay away from this scammer.

Ordered human skulls for fire pit, they were the size of a Barbie doll. Do NOT buy from this company!

SCAM!! This is a fraudulent company, bought a glass stainless lamp and received, after more than a month, something that has absolutely nothing to do with the item on the website. Trying to get my money back, they want me to return the parcel being me who must pay for the fees and only when they get the item (if they do) "they'll refund"
I reported already to the police. This type of companies must be banned!

I feel like a schmuck falling for this caper. Goods received bore little resemblance to the website pics and one item was in broken bits. I don’t suppose I’ll be the last victim which is sad. What can we do to close the site down? Sense check before you buy… and then check Trust Pilot.

Item received was broken. Dragon stained glass lamp, was painted ceramic like material, no plug or or light bulbs as advertised. Was fiber optic lights, battery operated, can't luminate through paint. Dimensions are in metric.
Refund offered 20%.

Don't order from this company. I ordered an item and received it cracked. When I contacted the company they asked if the light worked. What light!! When I asked for a refund several times I never heard back.

Pay with PayPal to be guaranteed! If you have no money back guarantee stay away! These people play with the balance in the current account! With our money they always have a sum constantly present in their current accounts without selling anything or, if anything, something of little value. They respond to emails saying they have shipping problems and not to worry! Liars! In Italian this is a scam! Don't trade! The governments where these scam companies are based should persecute those who tarnish the name and products of their economy.....
