Genuine glasses though delivered from HK

I felt conned by this website when I was contacted by a courier about customs - the site is Hong Kong based and not in South Africa. However, the Vuarnet sunglasses delivered are genuine and were reasonably priced for the brand. As they cost more than R500 I dont understand how I wasnt charged duty by South African customs. I feel there is some dishonesty in their customs declarations. Just be aware.

In process of resolution for incorrectly supplied lenses

Following an incorrectly supplied set, SmartBuy Glasses has reached out to me and offered fair and reasonable alternatives and compensation to rectify the error. I am currently in the process of finalising the issue. I will update my review to 5-Stars once the matter has been fully resolved. At this point I can highly recommend the company, based on my experience thus far.

Value for money!!!

I love my sunglasses,great quality not fake n worth every cent spent.Package secured n arrived on time,customs process was seamless.Will definitely be buying again

Excellent service 👌🏼

Bought my frame on the 22nd of March, delivered to my door in morning on the 26th. Mind you i selected free delivery. They arrived quickly 😁😁. Am a happy customer, I’ll be buying again.

Good quality glasses

Good quality glasses, nice case. Didn’t like different people responding every email asking for the same thing but it got sorted out. Definitely worth it.
