The website is clearly laid out and it is a straightforward process to choose which strap you want. The strap I purchased arrived within a couple of days and was as described. It is comfortable on my wrist and at less than a quarter of what it would have cost me to buy something similar from Apple, represents excellent value for money. My only negative (and it’s a minor one) is that I would have preferred the strap to be just a little longer to make it easier to get on and off. I will definitely use this company again.
