Shade driver E1 battery not charging
Contacted Smart & Secure via email regarding shade driver battery not charging. Within an hour customer services replied. Requested me to return product via Freepost address, for them to check to see if they found the same fault. They checked and found that indeed the battery wouldn't charge. Sent me a replacement unit at no cost to me, express delivery. New product working fine...
