I recently had a claim for my washing…

I recently had a claim for my washing machine with Smart Cover, and I’m pleased to say the process was handled smoothly from start to finish.

The cash settlement was processed efficiently, and everything was clearly communicated throughout. I’d especially like to thank Katherine Hayes, who was my claims handler, for her support and professionalism. She kept me informed at every stage and made the whole experience straightforward.

Overall, a positive experience and I appreciate the service provided.

The engineer showd up when they said they would be here I was impressed how quick I was sent a message to say that my repair had been logged and they would be in touch with the date and time a engineer would be here to repair my washer dryer they arrived and carried out the repair swiftly very pleased with how it all went from start to finished thankyou smart cover

Useless policy

Useless policy. No claim approved although within the range of what this policy was to cover. I cancelled it as it was a waste of money.

Very informative

Very informative. Listens to specific instructions regarding time for appointment. Keeps us in touch with parts ordered and when to expect repair.
Katherine Hayes very helpful, even with a very bad phone line, she rang me back. Still a very bad line, so maybe just a fluke today.

Buy with confidence!

I have been a customer for few years and I can say the service is great! Claims take few days, etc but that is normal. I have peace of mind that things will get sorted. Katherine Hayes was the staff member who helped us this time around with our washing machine (faulty pump) and Katherine kept us informed of how things were progressing constantly. Thank you!

Good service but hard to get through on a sunday

Excellent service from David Williams who was always patient and helpful. It was not easy to get in touch in a Sunday - the system made you stay in hold for hours and sometimes didn't even allow you to connect. I was also a little surprised at being asked to pay for half of the repair, even though it was less than the £500 cover and did not accept paying for half of the original call out cost given my policy has no excess. The contractor Suresh/Sammy was excellent - punctual and experienced.
