Ordered a 3 sided glass tv cabinet and got a fire delivered no contact number asked them to send me a direct link to the item they say I should of ordered which they couldn't customer service is a waste of time

Our product has multiple options, including the TV stand only and the full set with the fireplace. According to your order, you selected the TV stand-only option, which is why the fireplace was not included in the delivery.
Unfortunately, the fireplace insert is not available for purchase separately through a public product link. However, we’d be happy to assist you by calculating the price difference and sending you a secure payment link to order the fireplace insert directly.

Ordered a 50 inch fire for a new media…
Ordered a 50 inch fire for a new media wall being built. Arrived quicker than expected and the updates were enough to be informed without it being over the top to every movement. Fire now fitted and looks amazing for the price. Definitely recommended from my experience.

Cant fault the service it was a load…
Cant fault the service it was a load better than i expected however i thought the fire ordered was the log effect one but when i ired it up it was just the crystal one. Ah well its fine and it works fine so ....happy days

Worth the Price and Quality
I never knew Small Bee is a brand until one of friend told me about it. We are upgrading our living room and wanted a fire place and Small Bee gave us all kind of options which also came with a reasonable price and early delivery. The packing was very nice.
