Love our fire we got from Smallbee. The web site was full of information and especially the information about the size and weight of what we needed. There was lots of choice and information. The fire was delivered well packaged and protected.

How refreshing to deal with a company that really does care for its customers!
Delivered exactly as promised and very happy with product itself, although the remote control was damaged in transit I spoke to Jessica who immediately arranged for a replacement to be posted out, without question or hesitation.
Would highly recommend for quality, communication, value for money and of course after sales service! 10/10 😁

Ordered a fire and unit but only fire turned up .tried email and chat but no reply and no phone number to call them .very poor
Update : finally got in touch probably because I was going to retract my payment . Send in two shipments for some weird reason .so if you buy from these don’t expect any communications and your parcels at different times. Very odd

What a great buy
What a great buy. So pleased with our fire Has made my dull lounge so cosy. Easy purchase, great price. Very authentic flame. Comes with crystals & logs. I wont be using the crystals as thats not for me Mainly have the flame effect on but have used it for warmth, can hear the fan but doesnt greatly bother me. Bit of a clunk when you turn off the fan but love it so wont bother me. The only thing that you could improve is notification of delivery.
