I have three cervical fusions my tempur pillows don't get rid of the pain . was sceptical when I ordered my slumbir pillow but amazed to find that I could sleep all with without the pain. Have now. ordered two more as spares Well done slumbir and thank you for my improved quality pf life

Gave me neck ache pretty quickly, very diappointed. It seems the real reviews are here on TrustPilot rather than the nearly all positive ones on Facebook.

I had my doubts because I have tried every pillow under the sun. I have issues with my neck and it can ruin my day with dizziness,feeling foggy. Had an MRI and it was clear. My B12 is s fine so the docs were stumped.One month and I wake up with no neck pain, dizziness is gone ,foggy is gone. Love this pillow.

I found this pillow very uncomfortable and made my neck pain worse. The company may offer a full refund if the pillow doesn’t suit, what they don’t tell you is you must return it to their warehouse in China, this would have cost £28 postage from the UK alternatively you can keep the pillowcase receive 35% refund. Either way I was out of pocket

Delivered in a fair amount of time. Very comfortable. Has taken a few nights to get used to. Would highly recommend.

Return policy is a sham. You have to initiate via email that doesn’t work. Product made my neck worse

Slumblr sells cheap AliExpress-quality products at premium prices. No customer service at all. I’ve filed a lawsuit. Stay away!

Completely different pillow has arrived with no room to rest your arm as a side sleeper as described. Total scam. Avoid.

Ordered 2 x pillows and I had a issue with them I contacted customer services and received a reply quickly.

They looked into the issue and resolved extremely quickly!

There are a lot of other companies copying the Slumbr pillow, so I would definitely suggest making sure you have the right company, before leaving negative reviews.

Can't fault this company and would highly recommend due to the amazing customer service.

As for the pillows it's obviously going to take time to get used to them as they are uniquely designed.

We never noticed any "smell" apart from the smell that comes with memory foam products at first for a short period of time.

Full marks all round.

Scam avoid if you can! I have the pillow like a week to get used to it well I had the worst sleeps ever my neck was hurting all the time especially when I woke up. That pillow is useless and I try to get back my money but they just ignored my email. Very disappointing would not recommend this scam company!!

I am really happy with this pillow. I have disc damage in my neck and as result am woken up in the middle of the night with bad headaches, plus also in the morning. I decided to give this pillow a try as it is quite different from the others I have and have found that I am no longer getting any headaches associated with laying down. My only complaint is that they don’t make a smaller version that could reasonably fit in my suitcase. I highly recommend you give this pillow a try!

Don’t waste your money with this pillow. I have neck and shoulder pain, and was excited to see a pillow that supposedly would support my head to take weight off my shoulder. I didn’t get past one night of use. I had the most restless night, the pillow was hard and my neck and shoulder were the sorest that they’ve ever been the next day. My husband also has shoulder pain, so he tried the pillow and he didn’t even make it through the night before tossing it aside. They have a 60 day return but the item must be in its original packaging. It arrives so tightly bound that you have to cut the packaging to get it open. There goes the original packaging. The thing cost me over $100 so I am not happy. In the bin 🤬

I have real problems with my posture and thought this pillow would help with my neck. I was a little unsure of ordering as I had only see an advert online.

I am very happy with my pillow. The shape is just right for my neck, very comfortable. My partner really liked my pillow so I ordered him one for his birthday. We are based in the UK and it can take around two weeks to arrive. I ordered on the 8th of March 2025 and it arrived on the 21st of March 2025.

From my shipping updates, I can see it goes from California to two places in China and then to the UK.

On my second order, my shipping told me it arrived in the UK and then went onto Australia? Which I was a bit confused about. Contacted the company to ask for an update but the following day the pillow had arrived. They had responded to my email letting me know there had been an error in the tracking.

I don’t normally leave a review but when I saw that some people had contacted the company with no response and some had smelly pillows?! I just wanted to leave a review to say that on the two occasions I have purchased a pillow and pillow case with this company I have been happy with my service and product.

0/5 stars. Do not recommend. Wouldn't ask my worst enemy to sleep on this disgusting smelling pillow. Shape seemed cool, never would have imagined anyone would sell something you're supposed to put your face on that smells this bad. DO NOT BUY. They market via socials for impulse buys. Definitely an impulse buy for me. Big mistake.

If I could do a zero review, I would. Worst experience ever. It’s a total scam. Pillows stink and are very uncomfortable. Took forever to arrive, guaranteed a 60 day return, when I finally got a ahold of someone, I was told I could ship back to china on my own cost, or keep the pillows and get a 35 percent refund. I have not recieved a cent of my 145 dollars that I Spent on absolute garbage. These pillows are not even donation worthy! Buyer beware

Cobio and Slumbir are the same company selling the same flat chemical smelling pillow. Buyers beware! Junk Junk and Junk!!! Stay away from these China scammers, you will not get a refund! They lost your money gambling long ago. I'm out 200 dollars! Again, please 🙏 stay away from these companies 🙏!!!!

Terrible. Shipping took almost a month…to receive a rock hard pillow that is unusable..they won’t reply to my emails either. Scam!!

Pillow is not as advertised, much poorer quality than the marketing and promotion campaign would suggest. Pillow is not as deep as it looks, awful chemical smell on opening the product, cheap materials, low quality item.

Poor customer service, 60 night trial is a rip off as they will deduct the initial shipping costs and then you have to pay return shipping costs, which leaves you 75% out of pocket….
