This company is a SCAM! I bought the Bluetooth eye mask, and it never worked. Even the instructions were bogus: "press button for a long time." I can't believe I fell for this. Do not believe any positive reviews. It's more than likely a lie.

Spent nearly $70 to buy a big goose plushy for my gf. The item was dropshipped from China the quality was bad with not enough stuffing. And item was sold at a ridiculous markup. Would’ve just bought from Aliexpress had I done more research.

Over all very happy with quilit of pillow it has improved my sleep when traveling.

Products are shipped straight from china! Do not buy from them as they take weeks to arrive plus are low quality. Cant wait to return it.

Don't fall for their 60-day refund promise! I asked for a refund very early on when their pillow didn't suit me and they constantly offered different options including suggesting that I get their upgraded pillow instead. By the end, they conveniently said I went past the 60-days money back guarantee and no longer eligible for a refund even though I have been saying all this while I want a refund. They have since stopped further "helpful" suggestions too so it is clear that they were just doing a delay tactic to push the communication beyond their 60-days promise. Very dishonest and the contour pillow style is now available everywhere in other stores so don't order from them online! Go try in other stores instead!

Product never came. They claimed there was a tracking number but no tracking data. Their site claimed it would take 12-15 days to ship to the United States. Day 14, no tracking data. When I asked about it, they stated “they will have to look into it”. They refunded the price of my item but not the $3.50 insurance. Since the product has no proof of shipping other than tracking number with no data, the item probably never shipped and they stole my $3.50. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go shopping for your item elsewhere.

Colours of travel neck pillow are not as advertised and they don’t supply the pouch for the pillow as shown on the website. When you apply for a refund, they won’t supply a return label, return costing $15.

False advertisement. Scam.

Photos shown on product page are misleading. The pillows are roughly 2" thick, so unless you are a child, your neck and shoulders will be worse off, most likely. Mine are.

If I can give this company a zero review I would! I ordered their supposedly sheep wool blanket $57 waited for over a month for it to finally get here only to find out it’s not real sheep wool and the most suspicious part of it was the tag that’s supposed to be attached to it to see what it’s made of was cut off absolute BS!!! Total complete rip off!!!
And the worst part is you can’t even get your money back!!! Scam product from a scam company. These people are scumbags!!!😡😡😡

These are some amazing folks who truly care about their customer support, and their products are great quality, too!

Good quality, quick shipping

Be very wary when ordering from this company. At checkout, they have “Offers” and then a “Complete Checkout” button. It can be misleading making you think you didn’t complete checkout but really, it orders the offered item for you. I emailed them immediately and was told that I cannot cancel that item and have to request a refund once I get my item. But after looking at other reviews, getting a refund will be next to impossible My pillows shipped from China.

Bought a 10-lb chunky-knit weighted blanket.

They sent a 2.1-lb chunky knit blanket, refused to acknowledge the discrepancy, and offered a 35% refund if I kept the item OR a full refund if I shipped it back to China at my own expense.

The morning I went to ship it back, I found that they had not only removed the listing for the item I had paid for, but several of its keywords now returned no results.

I don't trust this company to "not receive" the item if I ship it back, or for the refund window to expire while it's en route.

Be very careful when ordering this item and the 60 day trial and refund options

Unfortunately this product did not work for me and after lots of back and forth to the company they only offer the following options

Option 1: You may exchange your order for any item on our website valued at or below $20 GBP

Option 2: Send it back to our warehouse in China. We will not cover the cost of shipping back (or insure the receipt) When we receive it, we will process a refund for you.

Option 3: You can keep the product and receive a 35% refund.

This should be made clearer on the website

I purchased what I was lead to believe by the items description, a pure cotton pillow, meaning cotton filling as opposed to synthetic filling. The pillow I received from this Chinese based company was 100% polyester filling. Beware of questionable materials used to make these cheap pillows.

While this pillow took me a couple days to get used to the new shape, it absolutely changed my sleep. My neck and shoulders no longer ache and I won't go back to regular pillows again! Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY. YOU WON'T GET A REFUND.

I purchased in search of the perfect pillow. And with the satisfaction guaranteed promise, I felt comfortable that I could return and get a refund if it didn't work out. They ship the pillows from California, but then force you to return to China as a way to keep your money. This is a fraudulent company with a poor product and even worse customer service.

I bought their pillow in November. It gave me severe neck strain. I tried to return it using their "60-day guarantee" and they told me I could either choose another item UNDER 15$ (the pillow cost £42) or I could return it TO CHINA - but I have to pay the cost of returning it. Absolutely disgusted. Be very wary of this company.
