We had an extremely disappointing experience with Slumber Cloud. First, they made false claims about the quality of their products - they don't worth the price. Second, and that's the main point - they refunded only one of the two items I returned, insisting that the second item (a duvet cover) was not included in the package. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs!

The stitching is coming apart and creating threads which entangle your toes, fingers etc. creating an uncomfortable sleep. Material is very soft but Not cooling when sleeping under comforter

Very expensive with low quality… my $100 pellow case fell apart. The offered a discount on futer purchase .

Great product - better company. I had an issue with my order being mis-delivered, and was fearful there was not going to be a happy resolution based on some other Trustpilot reviews. However I am happy to say Kay and the Slumber Cloud team went above and beyond to make the situation right. And now I am sleeping amazing! Thanks

The Slumber Cloud blanket is just like a light weight comforter quilt, nothing like a blanket. In fact, it 'cools' just like my summer comforter, which doesn't cool at all! I'd rather have my cheaper and more decorative cotton comforter.

There's a lot of competition out there for cooling blankets. Slumber Cloud was our first foray, but we actually bought a few competitors products (all in the same $200 price range) to do side-by-side comparison.

Slumber Cloud was HORRIBLE compared to the competition. Texture, cooling, filling, weight... it was basically indistinguishable from a $20 comforter from Walmart.

Competitors blankets were all fairly similar. JUST Slumber Cloud stuck out as just bad. They only get 2 stars because they did let me return it. Otherwise it would definitely be a 1.

Slumber cloud mattress pad is average at best. Not very cooling for the money. It does cool down quickly if you get out of bed but that's not practical. I wouldn't recommend.

Overall, I haven't found their mattress pad to be very cooling at all. I wouldn't recommend it for the huge amount of money that it costs.

They also sort all their reviews on their site by rating making it almost impossible to read reviews with a lower than 5 star ratings (you have to scroll through pages of old 5 star reviews before you can see new 1/2/3/4 star reviews).

* Terrible quality sheets/comforter/pillows/mattress pad.
* They didn't honor their advertised return policy.

This isn't just "I really hoped they'd do wonders for my sleep but they didn't" -- it's more of a "Yikes I opened the package and it was clear that this was just low-grade material" kind of thing.

Did some further research and noticed that their team is made up of 1) nobody with any technical expertise or experience and 2) pretty much everybody from marketing and advertising background.

My takeaway - feels like a low-grade scam. :/

I loved the firm pillow I bought last year so I ordered 2 sot/medium pillows. I was very disappointed. They didn’t stay cool and they don’t keep their shape! It was a waste of $200.00

Terrible. A product that is meant to make you not sweat at night made me think I had a medical condition. I had to work with my doctor for months to figure out it was due to me using this product and when I finally figure it out they refused to do a refund. Save yourself the trouble and just get a cotton mattress pad.

I love my slumber cloud products! Just like sleeping on a cloud. The performance sheets are my personal favorite. I sleep next to the hottest sleeper and we both sleep so comfortably. The silk pillow case feels so luxurious!! Not to mention the amazing slumber cloud team. I reached out with a question regarding shipping. They were so kind and professional and it ended up being a ups problem!! I felt so silly and embarrassed but they were kind enough to offer me 10% off my next purchase. Definitely a repeat customer!!!!

Not good for hot sleepers! The customer service was great but the product was not good. I am a hot sleeper, which is why I got this comforter. But I woke up covered in sweat every night I used this new comforter. Worse than ever before. The duvet cover held the moisture, so when I woke up the cover was damp and it stayed damp ALL DAY! I have had to wash it three times in one week. I am returning it. The buttons on the duvet cover also kept falling off! They were not sewed on well. I had to re-attach two and two more have fallen off since I got it. One fell off right after removing from the package. Do not recommend this product at all, but their customer service person was helpful! I hope this helps someone like me who was convinced by all the reviews on their website that it would be great.

I bought the whole set for my bed. Mattress pad, sheet set, pillows, pillow covers, comforter, duvet cover. I’ve always slept very hot and have wasted a lot of money on other products. I can say all of the bedding is super soft and I finally don’t wake up in a pool of sweat! I would recommend these products to anyone who suffers from night sweats! Just make sure to follow the care instructions, the rep told me not to wash or dry on high heat which I followed and haven’t had any issues.

I am so disappointed at the product and the customer service.. I purchased the comforter in November of last year and washed it for the first time last week. It shrunk y at least eight inches..it was a king size and now looks like a queen size. Contacted customer support who basically said, sorry but that’s within acceptable shrinkage limits...what?

I purchased a pillow cover eight months back. It is already torn at the sides. I've never had a pillowcase tear. They have a 180 day guarantee. Because I only noticed the tear recently, they would not on a replacement. They wanted to give me a 10% off code to purchase a new one. I would not purchase one again due to the poor quality

They are the worst "cooling' sheets I've owned. Nothing cooling about them in fact I think I slept warmer than with other sheets like Brooklinen

Oh My, where do I start? With pictures? Because I do have them. I don't know who is making them but they must be on drugs or drunk. It is not hard to sew a straight seam. I have never ever seen such poor quality and the pillowcase seams are sewn so crooked they run across sideways on the pillows.

Ordered a set of sheets for our Tempur-Pedic mattress, which sleeps a little hot. Performance was only OK, and we were disappointed in the quality of the sheets themselves. Stitching is cheap-looking. The fitted sheet stretches after a couple of days, causing fit issues - it constantly comes off the mattress.

SlumberCloud reached out to me to do an online survey, followed by a phone conversation. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the fitted sheet, their only solution was to offer me a USED mattress pad for my troubles. A used mattress pad. During a global pandemic.

NO THANKS. Will not do business with this company again.
