THis is really NoServeCo
THis is really NoServeCo. They're horrible. I submitted a claim months ago for the remote for an adjustable bed with no response. Finally recontacted them this morning. Rude and not the least bit helpful. In addition to telling me the warranty wouldn't cover my remote, even though it is still under warranty. Good furniture companies should never be dependent on Serveco to handle warranties. It totally ruins their brand.
Serveco Unfortunately this is the lowest rating…
Unfortunately this is the lowest rating available.
TempurSealey uses this company for service issues.
They are more than terrible. They are unable to provide any time frame regarding the day of scheduled service.
Apparently they believe you should take an entire vacation day to see if a technician shows up.
Don't waist your money
My experience with Serveco came through a furniture extended warranty I purchased with La-Z-Boy. I typically avoid extended warranties because they are often difficult to use, but this one sounded like a good deal, so I decided to try it. They declined to make a repair even thought I'm well within the warranty period. VERY disappointing and wouldn't suggest anyone spend the money or their warranty.
If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. I never got a call, I submitted pictures and explained my furniture has been scratched by cats. They denied me with no follow up or request for pictures to show the sectional was barely used. I will never buy lazy boy furniture ever again and definitley not a warranty.

★☆☆☆☆ — ServeCo North America: The Protection Plan That Protects Nobody But Itself
Let me tell you exactly what ServeCo is: a company that exists in the space between your furniture purchase and your claim, collecting premiums and manufacturing obstacles.
I bought a La-Z-Boy with a protection plan sold at the point of sale, the kind of pitch that sounds like peace of mind and turns out to be a toll booth with no road behind it. ServeCo administers that plan. Or more accurately, ServeCo *delays* that plan, *ignores* that plan, and when you finally corner them into acknowledging your claim, *denies* that plan, despite the damage falling squarely within their own stated coverage window and their own written terms.
Let that sink in. Not outside the timeframe. Not outside the rules. **Inside both.** Documented. Filed correctly. Completely valid. Denied anyway.
Their response times are an insult dressed up as a business process. You submit a claim and then you wait. And wait. And follow up. And wait some more. There's no urgency on their end because the longer you wait, the more likely you are to give up. That's not an accident, that's a strategy. Attrition is cheaper than paying out claims.
ServeCo's entire website is full of polished language about "transparency," "trust," and doing "the right thing." They publish articles about how good their claims process is. They talk about fast response times and customer satisfaction like they've actually experienced either. It reads like a company describing the business they wish they were while operating as something else entirely.
Here's what ServeCo actually sells: the *feeling* of protection. The *appearance* of coverage. A document with enough fine print to bury any claim they find inconvenient, administered by people too slow to respond and too indifferent to care.
La-Z-Boy builds a quality product. ServeCo wraps it in a warranty that isn't worth the paper it's printed on. If you're standing at a furniture counter being offered a ServeCo-backed protection plan, smile, decline, and put that money in your pocket. It'll do more good there.
**Zero stars. Avoid.**
Bed unusable and explained as such—4 weeks later finally an appt
From request to service was almost 4 weeks. Calls to the COO unanswered. Scheduling said they wood call back that day. 4 days later I called them - and basically said I’m not getting off the phone until I have an appointment.
I explained my bed was unusable—they didn’t care. I also put this in Sealy for picking a crappy partner. That’s my next call.
Just look at the Google and Trust Pilot reviews. They are a worthless company.
Worst company to work with
Worst company to work with. Purchased furniture with a warranty and was referred to Servco when my chair arrived broken. It took almost 2 weeks of going back and forth with submitting the same pictures multiple times and multiple follow up calls. They tell you to email but don't respond unless you call. I had 2 issues with my chair
.a broken cord and side was scuffed. 3 weeks after receiving chair finally received part to replace broken cord. Was told to call for service tech. He was scheduled a week later and only worked Monday thru Friday 8 to 5. Took off day off appt only to be called an hour after his scheduled window to be told he called out sick and I would have to reschedule. Was then told I could schedule for a Saturday and they would have the scheduling dept reach out. Yesterday received the replacement piece for the scuffed section and was told to call again for service. They are trying to schedule 2 separate service appts to fix this chair. Today they sent me the reschedule appt for the cord and scheduled me for a Tuesday. Called back and was told can only schedule Monday thru Friday. This is the worst company to deal with.
I bought an adjustable bed base 5 years…
I bought an adjustable bed base 5 years ago at a local Mattress Firm and when I called them recently requesting service (it wasn’t working), they referred me to Serveco.
What a fiasco.
After 2 weeks of back and forth with phone calls and emails, I get a final email stating that they cannot service the model that I have. And a recommendation to contact the store I bought it from ( they sent me to Serveco!).
I am done.
Really??
If I could give a negative review I…
If I could give a negative review I would. I started a claim over 11 days ago. I have received multiple requests for photos (All requesting the same photos). I have submitted said photos each time. After the 3rd time I wrote to their "feedback" email and someone responded the next day. No explanation, no apology, just saying they needed the photos. I responded explaining that I had indeed submitted the photos as requested. A full week later someone responded and stated that the photos must not have been the ones they needed. So I emailed back that nothing was said. I'm almost 2 weeks in and still nothing moving to repair or replacement of a part for my bed frame. The bed and frame are under a year old too. Still under warranty, but the store I purchased from insists I must deal with this ridiculous excuse for a company.
ServeCo Repair Service Complaint
We purchased new mattresses and adjustable bed frames from Mattress Firm. In less than 6 months the bed frame stopped working. Mattress Firm has refused to help and had us contact ServeCo to get the needed repairs. They have been useless. We filed a claim and they have made no effort to send a technician to fix the adjustable bases we purchased.
If I could give 0 I would
If I could give 0 I would.
I bought a $2000 sectional from Surplus Furniture and they gave an option for pet protection warranty, Since we have 3 cats this was amazing. Covers scratches and everything. We just moved and closer to our families (5 hours away still) we finally were able to go home for a holiday and so we did. Left the cats at home for 3 days. In a new place they got a little not so happy with us and gave our couch a few scratches. Not to worry we have the pet protection warranty.
called made the claim online as instructed. Gave as many photos as we could so they new where all the scratches were. Also at the same time realized there was seperation on one of the corners from the fabric coming off. so I added that in there to make on big claim. instead of 7 little claims.
DENIED. I Was told i should i purposely left my cats alone so they could scratch our couch and have this happen and it was our fault this happened. according to them they know us so well they claimed it as an accumulation of scratches that happened over time. so all in all will not warranty anything at all. went online and read more and more reviews of the same thing and fine print they have hidden so that it makes it all justifiable to not warranty anything. $300+ spent on something to not even be able to use it. Then to be told that if i make any future claims they will then be denied as well since i already made a claim on the couch. so in total waste of money and a complete joke of a company. Quite frustrated. I read everything before I made the claim to make sure I was doing everything right for their guidelines then bam slapped with hidden print you have to dig for to find. this is the worst warranty experience I have ever had.
Absolutely the worse
Absolutely the worse, Constantly denies all my claims despite me being covered for 5 years. Unprofessional, subpar services and will be taking them to small court!
Scam
I would give zero stars if that were an option. I paid $1992 for pet protection plan for a sectional and recliner purchased from LaZBoy. Covered items include scratches caused by pets. I submitted a claim for scratches and was denied for it being "normal wear and tear". I called to ask them how it could be normal wear and tear and was then told it was an accumulation because it was more than one scratch. Explaining again that a cat will produce more than a single scratch in one incident, I was then told it was now determined to be "preventable". So they clearly think they can use any excuse at all to deny repairing your furniture. If I had known this is how they would be to work with, I never would have spent a dime on a protection plan let alone almost $2K.
Echoing the other reviews here
Echoing the other reviews here. Purchased a Lazboy recliner a month and a half ago and after jumping through hoops sending photos and video to serveco they will not come clean a stain. The reason they gave because it was a stain over time, which it wasn't. I did ask for my money back for the service plan. They agreed to pro rate a refund. Time will tell. Havent received the refund as of 2/3...
My dad is a retired New York City…
My dad is a retired New York City fireman. Suffering from four different types of 911 related cancer in 11 different parts of his body. He purchased an electric recliner from La-Z-Boy in order to help him get up and out of the recliner. The most severe and painful cancers being in the base of his spine, and in the spine just below his skull.
I contacted serveco two weeks ago. Three days later I received an email requesting pictures model number and extended warranty numbers, which I provided. I waited a week and did not hear a thing. I called lazy boy, to let them know that the customer service was terrible. The La-Z-Boy employee told me they would be calling serveco and that I would be getting a call from the resolution department. We’re still waiting, and have ordered another chair from a different company. I wish my parents had looked at serveco’s reputation before they handed the money over to La-Z-Boy for the warranty. It’s basically worthless.
ServeCo support is awful. DreamCloud should provide better service.
I purchased a DreamCloud mattress and bedframe. The remote didn't work for the bedframe. I called DreamCloud, the referred me to ServeCo. It's been almost a month, I have provided the serial number several times and they are still asking for the serial number again. I even call and provided the serial number to a ServeCo rep. I wish I'd never purchased the bed at this point. I can't even use the remote to raise/lower the bed, use the massage etc.
useless
useless, they sent parts for my Lazyboy couch 6 months ago, it is still not fixed. Then they assign me to another company , SAW furniture repair, their tech couldn't get a bolt out of a 2 year old couch. Shame on Lazyboy, Servco and Saw, still have a several thousand dollar couch that doesn't work
SERVECO finds any excuse to deny
If I could give 0 I would! Horrible care and they find every excuse to deny claims. We purchased Platinum plan We have had to replace USB ports once then those went bad and they shipped more ports after about a month. However tech didn’t show up for over 2 months after. We put them on ourselves after waiting for at least a month I’m sure it was more, claim was file at first of May 25 and they showed up 11/20/25! I also reported leather finish worn or came off in small area about 10” wide but rest of the 3 seats the couch has, had no problems… clearly defect but they deemed it normal wear!!! $3000+ Leather couch and a section 3” by 10” finish come off yet 6’ couch rest is fine…. Not normal. I might add the household has 4 adults and 3 children and 2 small dogs and this is only issue with the entire couch finish.
Stay away from any purchases that offers SERVECO warranty!
This is the 3rd visit from ServeCo for…
This is the 3rd visit from ServeCo for furniture repairs. The first to the technicians missed the reported service window by 1 and almost 3 hours. I asked for this appointment to be the first appointment of the day and was told they would put it in the comments. I received an email and text at 8PM tonight saying they scheduled the appointment for between 2:30-5:00PM tomorrow. Of course they send the notification out after hours so you can not contact them to re-schedule or complain. Well they will have to reschedule it for another day. THEY are a HORRIBLE service company that does not put the customer first.
I bought a couch with a serveco…
I bought a couch with a serveco warranty. Unfortunately my claim was denied and even though a woman on the phone said yeah I can see the damage I’ll put it back through they STILL denied it.
My couch is just under 3 years old when I put the claim in and the warranty is for five years. My couch says, had broken wood pieces and no longer stays together where the sectional is. They asked how it happened I said I don’t know it’s just from being used we have kids kids sometimes jump on couches (not often as we redirect our kids because we don’t allow this in our home) and they basically said yeah that’s not covered.
