I received Fairy cards that I could not get locally to find these are fake, they did not have the gold on the outside, the full size or instructions of what each card mean, so it know I had to pay this amount for fake cards made in china, is upsetting and to find there is no contact number to request a refund is fraud in my eyes and I got took and will never order again, please be aware this site is a scam and frauds.

Order 3640752701476, the wrong size bedding was received. We ordered a double size duvet cover & sheet set, including 2 pillow cases, the duvet cover received is a size twin.

The worst experience. The goods travelled almost 2 months and instead of pack of 5 brushes as shown on picture I got ONLY ONE.
Later I realized that the very same stuff you can buy 10 x times cheaper.

Absolutely pathetic!! I ordered on the 17th of February and on the 7th of March I asked for a tracking number, they send it to me and I checked it only to find it is shipped to Canada and I send them an email informing them about it, but they insured me that it was indeed shipped to South Africa and that I don’t need to worry! I checked it again today only to see that it was indeed delivered in Canada. They replying to me that they can see it was delivered and I should ask my family or neighbors if they received it on my behalf!! The worst online experience ever, I will never in my life use this company! If you buy from this company you will loose your money, so be aware!!!

I expect a shipment from them since the 2nd of March.. It hasn't arrived yet... I contacted my local post and they suggested that I should ask my retailer(Slowmoose) to send them a shipment search request because there is a good chance that my parcel has been lost. Slowmoose refused to do so for reasons that I don't undestand since it costs them no money or time and they just asked me to be more patient and sent me another tracking link which is good for nothing. I regret ever ordering from them. Not only have I lost my money as it seems, but my kid is going to be so dissappointed since my order was a toy he so much wanted and anticipated for so long...

Jeg bestilte for over en måned siden en uv lampe hos CD on, det er så åbenbart slowmoose der leverer den. Eller rettere IKKE leverer den. Det er fuldstændig langt ude at der skal gå så lang tid for en pakke at komme fra Holland til dk. Man kunne ho nærmest være gået herop med pakken på den tid! Ikke i orden, bruger aldrig slowmoose igen! De er heller ikke til at få fat i via deres kundeservice, fik blot et standardsvar retur.

Had exactly the same experience as Paul. They refuse to give their address so that you can’t return the goods They offered me 20% (!) of the purchase price so called because the return cost is too high. Pure scam!

I would NOT recommend buying from this site!

I ordered something one week ago and did not like it.
I then tried to return it namely: I wrote an e-mail asking how to return the product. They did not answer for several days so I wrote another one, saying that I am revoking the contract. To this E-mail, they answered in 15 Minutes. They offered me 25% of the item value as a refund because the “shipping cost” is so high. They said it is in “good faith”. I did not accept the offer and demanded the shipping address because I wanted to return the item for a full refund. They replied that I should contact them again in 24 hours. WITHOUT ANY REASON.

Conclusion: I still could not return the item, but already revoked the contract via E-Mail. They are delaying the process and are offering a fracture of the value of the item. I am unsure whether I will receive the money in the end, but I am not going to stop pursuing this!

Just dont shop there

i ordered somthing from CDON and it whent trught this company and they only delivered 1/3 of the silicone masks for my oculus that i ordered and keep telling me i only ordered 1 even tho my recipe says 3 pieces
but i guess sooner or later you will get scammed when shopping online

Har handlet med Slowmoose via Fruugo og kan kun sige godt om handlen. Jeg har modtaget det bestilte men det har godt nok taget sin tid men de kom som lovet. I disse tider og med covid 19 må man væbne sig med tålmodighed.

De trækker pengene men sender ikke varerne det er bare et sted jeg ikke vil handle igen.

Jeg købte varen igennem cdon som bruger slowmoose som kunde så dem er jeg samtidig også færdig med.

Ordered 2 x 50 blank BD-R discs. Only received 1 x 50. When pointing this out they tried to say parcel was signed for and were not interested. It was only when I sent them photos of packaging, proving that it could only have contained 1 x 50, they finally agreed to make a refund. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting!! They keep moving the goal-posts and use delaying tactics, possibly in the hope that you will just give up. Well I wont and they have not heard the last of me yet. They are liars, incompetent and scammers.

Efter lang ventetid fik jeg beskeden, at min ordre var leveret. Post Nord kunne oplyse, at min ordre var afleveret til en helt anden addresse. Da jeg gjorde opmærksom på fejlen, og sendte alle de relevante oplysninger, fik jeg svaret at jeg skulle spørge min familie eller på mit lokale posthus. Mon de læser mine beskeder, eller blot sender automatsvar?

I ordered a tipi tent for my 17month old. It arrived with NO instructions and the parts chucked into the box. The material of the tipi tent smelled and I think there are parts missing, no instructions on how to assemble it anf it won't stand up on its own. It was £49. Do not buy from these people!!!

Very poor experience to start with. I received plenty of emails to keep me informed however later emails caused me concern as they told me my product was being shipped to Cork instead of Donegal and the company would not accept responsibility. The delivery address on emails subsequent to the first two confirmations of my order (one from PayPal and one from fruugo who slowmoose were supplying for) did not match what I entered. Then they also claimed I had ordered a second item. Their mailing system is clearly suspect. However, the order did make its way to me eventually with neither Cork or donegal on the address, rather a generic Ireland.

Never received confirmation... never received product.. scam dont loose your money like I did..

Dårlig kundeservice, lang leveringstid

I just received my order and it’s perfect!! The shipping was long but what’s expected as it came from overseas. Support was very responsive and helpful. I see lots of reviews saying it’s a scam but this is my first time ordering and I received what I ordered with no issues.

SCAM!!

Ordered something over 2 weeks ago. Did not get a confirmation email. Get no response from email or FB message. Their website no longer works. Package said 7 day delivery. Never arrived.

Be aware this company are totally misleading with the descriptions of goods they supply. Purchased a flower vase as described only to receive the said goods the size of an eggcup. Nowhere did they state size and provided misleading description details for a so called vase £38 which was no BIGGER THAN AN EGGCUP!!! CROOKS!!!
