Very bad experience, I asked more and more times to cancel my order a couple of minutes after I did the payment but they answered that my order was ready for shipping and they could not cancel it. Unbelievable! They told me I could only refuse the delivery and then they would have refunded me when the package would arrive to the factory.
No more business with this people!

D.18/3 siden købte jeg bamser til min datter igennem CDON hvor det var slowmoose der skulle levere varen. Her 2 mdr. Efter står jeg forsat uden produkt men pengene er skam hævet. De lovede refundering af det betalte beløb indenfor 7 dage. Da det ikke skete tog jeg kontakt til dem igen og rykkede for mine penge. Igen med samme svar vent lige 7 dage mere.. jeg har ventet i 2 mdr. Hvor længe skal jeg mon vente.... nok noget af det værste jeg nogensinde har været ude for som forbruger. Tyveri af folks penge. Hold jer langt væk fra dem!!

I ordered a device. Slowmoose.com helped me at parceltracking with quick answer. I recevied the device with US plug intaed of EU-plug. I don't who who caused it, they didn't blame on me. They offered and payed me back a reasonable rate of refund. Thank you, God bless you.

Excellent product at a great price and superb customer service - there was a little mixup with billing due to an error on my end and they resolved it quickly and in a very friendly manner. I strongly recommend Slowmoose!

When open water faucet makes al ot of different noises.
Plumber can not adjust, saying its manufacturing defect

Thank you for your offer of a "partial refund" but I wish to return the pajamas and receive a full refund. I have no use for them and it would be prudent to order a pair that fit.
Rgarding your claim of "good faith -"non refundable"? hopefully you reimburse customers who order - "in good faith"

Købte nogle personal safe sound alarmer, som skulle have en lyd på 130 dB. Det er jeg overbevist om, at de ikke har, de kan dårligt skræmme en gråspurv væk... de var ellers dyre nok, betalte 700kr for 4 alarmer. Oveni kom der 199kr i told, som firmaet dog har lovet at refundere og som jeg i øjeblikket afventer.

You I ordered multifunction space savers clothes hangers they were advertise as 1pack of 10 for 17.95 with free postage. I received 1 one hanger and now they are trying to say the order I received is correct. So bad never again with I be done out of my money by this crowd. It was on a Fruugo website. BE AWARE!!!! I have since got a full refund from Fruugo thank you.

Probably the worst shop you can choose for your purchase. Support inquiries are ignored. The goods are not correctly declared, so that customs have to open the package to declare the contents. Then you have to do the deletion yourself, which requires additional time (which you want to save by buying on the Internet) and also pay the extra costs yourself. This makes the product so expensive that you can buy it at home from a dealer. Furthermore: the product does not correspond to the description. To save myself the hassle of returning it, I gave it away. Conclusion: Stay away from this shop.
