I ordered a garden swing the only thing that arrived was the covers. When I asked for a refund they offered me a discount if I would keep it. I e:mailed back to say it was no use to me without the swing. They tried to tell me it was covers only, I cannot see it anywhere. Don't order from Slowmoose unless you want to throw your money away

I bought Tchibo coffe capsules from this company via onBuy website. I assumed the packeging would be the same as from original Tchibo (8x10 capsules) in one packet for £20. I did not notice that in small letters it said 10 capsules as the price was the same as from Tchibo - £20
3 weeks later I received 10 capsules - the original packet was torn and instead of 80 they sent 10 capsules charging £20. (Buying from Tchibo one capsule is 25 pence, buying from this company
one capsule was £2 !
Sadly they got away with it this time but please be wary of this company, best avoided.

I bought from slowmoose on fruugo and they sent the wrong item them tried to keep offering me partial refunds.. Eventually I agreed to a partial refund but they then sent the wrong amount and refused to give me the excess. I complained to fruugo who gave me the excess. Avoid this company!

The product was highly overpriced and took forever to arrive. No wonder, it was shipped from China. Two stars instead of one because the customer service was friendly and replied quickly.

Ordered via their OnBuy slowmoose account on the 26th April 2021. Also known as Tribal Sensations LLC.
Item never arrived. Tracking number did not work/didn't exist. Been trying for 4 weeks to get money back - have resorted to opening PayPal case. 4 Weeks after I requested refund and cancellation due to no show product. I have received a different tracking number which still doesn't advise that the item is on it's way. No response to PayPal case. Absolutely shocking company, shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Purchased two item through cdom.com from these Guys and I want to return one of them. The dialog is now 27 messages and the are only sending me automatic response. I ask one them about return and they explain why delivery takes months. Do not buy from them or their affiliates.

Do not buy from the place. Bought a fitted bottom sheet for 80 dollars. It came today in gray plastic bag like from Wish from China. Absolutely thin cheap quality, took forever to receive it. Slow Moose is a great name for this Wish want to be👎

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
This is fraud, they denied receving my return, and know I have to pay a lot of money for nothing.

Jeg havde købt et sæt Tarotkort på Cdon.Opdagde kort tid efter at det var en kopi.Brugte lidt tid på at finde ud af hvor de kommer fra og så at det var Kina.Slowmoose. De påstod at efter få timer var det ikke muligt at afmelde min ordre d.27 April. I dag er det d. 21 Juni og min pakke som jeg sender retur er ikke noget frem i nu.Den går frem og tilbage mellem 2 lande her i Europa kan jeg se på deres Tracking. Måske for jeg mine penge tilbage.144 kr hvis den når tolden i Danmark, hvor jeg så kan bede dem om at sende den retur og så kan jeg vente på det.Først derefter vil det vise sig om de udbetaler pengene.KØB ALRDRIG NOGET HOS SLOWMOOSE.Slet ikke Tarotkort.Det er kopi vare.Mindre og tyndere. Cdon Skulle sortere lidt i de virksomheder de har på deres platform.

Ekstrem dårlig service. Bestilte en musemåtte for over en måned siden. Den cykler frem og tilbage mellem Danmark og Holland. For med den tid det tager må de da cykle. Er registret via tracking i Holland 4 gange og 4 gange i Danmark. Jeg har opgivet håbet om at få den.

They sent me the wrong power plug with the item, would not accept the item in return immediately, will not send me the correct power plug, afterwards they say they will accept the item in return, saying that they have always said that to me, which is not true, and that they just waiting for the supplier to send them the address to where I need to ship the item back to. They came back with the address and they are saying that I have to return it within two days, otherwise they will not accept the return.
I will never shop more on cdon or at least not buy anything from slowmoose

La présentation n'étant pas claire, je n'ai reçu qu'une partie de ce que je croyais avoir commandé.
Cependant l'article reçu est de bonne qualité.

Petite voiture en parfait état bien décrite.

Kundesupport snakker konstant udenom og vil ikke modtage en afbrydelse af handlen.
Varen leveres fra Kina uden at dette oplyses under købet :-(((

Very nice prices, tracked delivery, reliable customer service

I paid my product in Mar 21 and still have not received it. No one could assist me therefore I am very disappointed and will not recommend this site for online purchasing. Can any one assist me?
