I am very sorry to hear you feel you have had a bad experience with us - that is not something we like to hear and always strive to offer the best possible service.
I have looked into this for you and can see that you were unfortunately denied treatment due to uncertainty regarding your suitability for treatment.
Unfortunately, due to the media exposure and increased scrutiny of these medications, the GPhC have implemented new regulations regarding prescribing and dispensing these types of medications. This is mostly due to poor practice within the industry, such as online pharmacies freely prescribing without appropriate checks or aftercare.
What this means is that when we are audited, they will require us to show that we have engaged in a certain level of due diligence when prescribing these medications.
Your safety is paramount and takes priority over everything else regardless of the consequences for us as a business (e.g. a lost sale, a bad review etc.).
I can see my colleague has emailed you with the above information and has double checked to see that you have been refunded in full.
We wish you all the best in the future and once again apologise that you feel let down by our service.

Absolutely Fantastic Company
Absolutely blown away by their customer service — truly exceptional. I had a few questions at the start, and every time I received a polite, friendly, and helpful response within 24 hours — often even sooner. Later, I had an issue with DPD, and to say that Slim Transformation’s customer service went above and beyond would be an understatement — they were fantastic. I honestly couldn’t praise them enough, both for their outstanding customer service and for their product. Highly recommended.
