I recently ordered a bed from Sleep Village and I’m genuinely so impressed. The bed itself is beautiful and excellent quality, exactly as shown online.
What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. It was honestly amazing. Even before I purchased my bed, I had a few questions, and Sleep Village were so quick and helpful in replying. Their communication was friendly, reassuring, and made me feel confident about placing my order.
Delivery to my area in Scotland was no problem at all, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service I received. I’d highly recommend Sleep Village to anyone, they’ve been brilliant from start to finish.

Received my bed today. It is gorgeous and looks great. Customer service was brillaint throughout. The delivery and set up of bed was seamless and he took all the packaging away with the old bed.

The guys are Sleep Village are amazing - after sales care is another level - even 2 years later! Bought my divan bed 2 years ago, and a month after the 2yrs, a piston popped. I called Sleep Village and without hesitation they offered to send a full set of replacements. There were issues with Royal Mail not wanting to ship a product with compressed air, resulting in delays in receiving them - due to no fault of the team at Sleep Village. In the end, Jay - the Senior Customer Service Advisor literally got in his car and delivered to my house at 10pm at night to ensure that I got them without any more delays. Above and Beyond!!! Thank you Jay!!

After much research we placed an order for a king size bed, mattress and headboard on 12 October. Today (18 October) they delivered and installed it. The guys worked really hard and soon had it built for us. They were friendly and efficient despite it being 8:15pm, having been working all day and having a 2 hour journey ahead of them back home. The bed and mattress are of good quality and look lovely. We would highly recommend this company

Like anything you order online you do with caution. Sleep Village had what I was looking for and at the price I wanted to pay for it. I placed my order with ease and received confirmation of the order. Took a few days then received a text to say when my delivery was going to be. On delivery day I was telephoned prior and the delivery went smoothly. All packaged up really well to protect the corners and the fabric. Overall my daughter loves her new bed and we have trouble getting her out of it, she says it is so comfortable. The bed is beautiful, well worth the money, thank you.

I hunted for quite some time to find a quality Otterman Style bed, there were so many cheap models that didn’t have enclosed storage or feet to keep everything dust free and easy to move around.
So when my research came up with Sleep Villages Paine Horizon Border Ottoman Storage Divan Bed, it was the style I was looking for.
Upon contacting them over the weekend via WhatsApp Jay was most helpful and accommodating, so I placed my order and was surprised that they said I would have it within 5-7 days, in fact it arrived within 5 days, before delivery I chatted with Kam and he was similarly very helpful.
The delivery driver carried it into my bedroom and it was all preassembled, so I was up and running in 10 minutes.
So far I am very pleased, it’s well built and exactly what I wanted.

The bed itself is beautiful and good quality but the communication is questionable with this place. Guy asking for a screw driver and then couldn’t finish job for whatever reason said he’d return next day and never did. 3-4 days later I finally got it sorted.

Just had my bed delivered and built by Bart. He was very friendly and was very efficient, felt comfortable with him in my home and was very pleasant :⁠-⁠) great service. Only gave 4* as not tried or had the bed long enough yet

This company have been excellent to deal with. The service i received was second to none. Two ladies delivered the bed and built it in 30 mins, they were very professional. They showed me the bed built and in situ to make sure I was happy with it, and checking the drawers to make sure they worked smoothly. I could not be happier with the service I have received. 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ Thank You 👏👏👏

Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Mattress Delivered, Ongoing Stress, and Unprofessional Conduct

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order and spent over £900, expecting quality service and support. Instead, I received the wrong mattress on 30/01/2025, and what followed has been nearly three months of stress, back-and-forth emails, and unprofessional behaviour.

Initially, I contacted the company via their web chat to report the error. They apologised and offered an upgraded mattress as a replacement. While I was willing to accept that at first, their communication quickly became inconsistent and frustrating. They attempted to deliver the replacement without confirming proper timing even after I clearly stated I would not be home after 12pm on the proposed date.

By 4th February, after being spoken to rudely on the phone and receiving no clear solution, I refused the exchange and requested a full refund instead. Since then, I’ve been met with nothing but unreasonable demands. The company insisted I remove my honest Facebook review in order to receive help — a condition that feels both coercive and legally questionable. They’ve also demanded I sign a contract to return an item that was wrongly delivered in the first place, which I’m under no legal obligation to do.

Despite agreeing to a recorded phone call with their director to try to move forward, the company continues to delay, deflect, and place blame. Their emails have been dismissive, accusatory, and at times insulting. It’s shocking to see how paying customers are treated once an issue is raised.

I’ve contacted Klarna, who advised me to speak with the supplier directly — which I have done multiple times. Yet, the company has refused to issue a refund or arrange proper collection unless I comply with their conditions, which are neither fair nor lawful.

This has been a deeply stressful experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

If you value respectful customer service, timely resolutions, and peace of mind I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles those mistakes says everything. Unfortunately, Sleep Village has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for their customers.
